<p style="text-align: justify;">Hridaya Ram Thani, Minister for Cooperative and Poverty Alleviation on behalf of Industry Minister submitted the proposal to the parliament. It is believed that the new mechanism proposed in the new bill will have multiplier effect on the industries and business of the country as the new bill enables businesses to register their companies through electronic mechanism. The bill also includes easy procedure to establish and dissolve the company.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The existing Act, although eases establishment of company, do not provide simple mechanism for dissolvent of the company. Thus, many of dissolved companies remain open in the book of company registrar office.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Issuing a press statement, the company informed that the scheme, which is coming into effect from Monday, November 21 will provide double minutes on the purchase of existing daily, weekly and monthly voice packs at the existing price. The customers buying Daily Voice Pack of 11 minutes at Rs 11 will get additional 11 minutes of talk time which means customers will get a total of 22 minutes of talk time with validity of 24 hours.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the statement, the customers subscribing weekly voice pack at Rs 60 will get a total of 140 minutes instead of 70 minutes with validity of 7 days. Similarly, monthly voice pack users can enjoy 800 minutes instead of 400 minutes at Rs 200 with validity of 30 days. In this way, with monthly voice pack, the customers can make call to any Ncell number at 25 paisa per minute. Pack rate includes applicable government taxes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on their requirement for voice service, the customers can activate the voice packs through existing channels including USSD, IVR and SMS and take benefit of &lsquo;Ek Ma Dui Offer&rsquo;.&nbsp; Customers can dial 17118 and press 1 for daily voice pack, 2 for weekly pack and 5 for monthly voice pack to activate the voice pack. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and select a desired option of the voice pack.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, while buying the pack through SMS, the customer will have to type 11 for daily pack, 60 for weekly pack and 200 for monthly pack and send it to 17118 for activation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are pleased to unveil the offer that ensures price benefits, making voice more affordable to our valued customers. The offer goes in line with our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&quot;The offer will remain in place for three months if not terminated earlier. Once the validity period of the packs expires or talk time finishes, customer will be charged normal tariff. Normal charge for on net call is Rs 2.50 (including taxes) per minute,&quot; reads the statement.</p>

The customers buying Daily Voice Pack of 11 minutes at Rs 11 will get additional 11 minutes of talk time which means customers will get a total of 22 minutes of talk time with validity of 24 hours.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the statement, the customers subscribing weekly voice pack at Rs 60 will get a total of 140 minutes instead of 70 minutes with validity of 7 days. Similarly, monthly voice pack users can enjoy 800 minutes instead of 400 minutes at Rs 200 with validity of 30 days. In this way, with monthly voice pack, the customers can make call to any Ncell number at 25 paisa per minute. Pack rate includes applicable government taxes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on their requirement for voice service, the customers can activate the voice packs through existing channels including USSD, IVR and SMS and take benefit of &lsquo;Ek Ma Dui Offer&rsquo;.&nbsp; Customers can dial 17118 and press 1 for daily voice pack, 2 for weekly pack and 5 for monthly voice pack to activate the voice pack. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and select a desired option of the voice pack.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, while buying the pack through SMS, the customer will have to type 11 for daily pack, 60 for weekly pack and 200 for monthly pack and send it to 17118 for activation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are pleased to unveil the offer that ensures price benefits, making voice more affordable to our valued customers. The offer goes in line with our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

According to sources at various projects, the amount of electricity, apart from 762MW Tamor project, will be generated based on the forwarded projects and surveys carried out by the private sector. Various companies are forwarding hydropower projects producing the stated amount of power in Taplejung, Panchthar and Illam of Mechi Zone.</p>

<p>The 5MW and 13MW electricity generated from Fawa Khola Hydropower Project and Mewa Khola Hydropower Project of Taplejung is being connected to central transmission line within the current year. Similarly, a total of 72.5MW power jointly &nbsp;&nbsp;15MW from Upper Hewa Khola of Panchthar, 22.5MW from Lower Hewa Khola of Taplejung and 38MW from Kabeli Project, 25MW from Kabeli B-1 and 10MW from Ewa Khola Project are in power generating process. Among them, 15MW power generated from Upper Hewa Khola &#39;A&#39; is in transmission test phase.</p>

<p>Likewise, Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company is generating 4MW power from various rivers of Illam. Moreover, the companies including Jogmai, Upper Mai, Joshi Hydropower is working towards generating 7.5MW, 17MW, 7.35MW electricity respectively. As per the officials of these projects, upon conclusion of these projects, the eastern region will be self-sufficient in electricity.&nbsp;</p>

Chaulagain expressed the need of flexible policy environment that spread hope but not fear in the business environment. During the programme, Rajbhandari explained the importance of access to finance and business management strategies for any new business. &nbsp;&nbsp;Likewise, Adhikari shared his experience on how he began RedMud Coffee, the challenges he went through when he started as a young college drop out.</p>

<p>Pradhanang concluded the discussion by stating the need for initiating the Challenge Fund, the need to improve Nepal&rsquo;s standing Doing Business Report, and the importance of having to reduce time taken to enter and exit a market in Nepal.</p>

The customers buying Daily Voice Pack of 11 minutes at Rs 11 will get additional 11 minutes of talk time which means customers will get a total of 22 minutes of talk time with validity of 24 hours.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the statement, the customers subscribing weekly voice pack at Rs 60 will get a total of 140 minutes instead of 70 minutes with validity of 7 days. Similarly, monthly voice pack users can enjoy 800 minutes instead of 400 minutes at Rs 200 with validity of 30 days. In this way, with monthly voice pack, the customers can make call to any Ncell number at 25 paisa per minute. Pack rate includes applicable government taxes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on their requirement for voice service, the customers can activate the voice packs through existing channels including USSD, IVR and SMS and take benefit of &lsquo;Ek Ma Dui Offer&rsquo;.&nbsp; Customers can dial 17118 and press 1 for daily voice pack, 2 for weekly pack and 5 for monthly voice pack to activate the voice pack. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and select a desired option of the voice pack.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, while buying the pack through SMS, the customer will have to type 11 for daily pack, 60 for weekly pack and 200 for monthly pack and send it to 17118 for activation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are pleased to unveil the offer that ensures price benefits, making voice more affordable to our valued customers. The offer goes in line with our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

The customers buying Daily Voice Pack of 11 minutes at Rs 11 will get additional 11 minutes of talk time which means customers will get a total of 22 minutes of talk time with validity of 24 hours.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the statement, the customers subscribing weekly voice pack at Rs 60 will get a total of 140 minutes instead of 70 minutes with validity of 7 days. Similarly, monthly voice pack users can enjoy 800 minutes instead of 400 minutes at Rs 200 with validity of 30 days. In this way, with monthly voice pack, the customers can make call to any Ncell number at 25 paisa per minute. Pack rate includes applicable government taxes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on their requirement for voice service, the customers can activate the voice packs through existing channels including USSD, IVR and SMS and take benefit of &lsquo;Ek Ma Dui Offer&rsquo;.&nbsp; Customers can dial 17118 and press 1 for daily voice pack, 2 for weekly pack and 5 for monthly voice pack to activate the voice pack. In USSD method, customers can dial *17118# and select a desired option of the voice pack.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, while buying the pack through SMS, the customer will have to type 11 for daily pack, 60 for weekly pack and 200 for monthly pack and send it to 17118 for activation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We are pleased to unveil the offer that ensures price benefits, making voice more affordable to our valued customers. The offer goes in line with our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates,&rdquo; said Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&quot;The offer will remain in place for three months if not terminated earlier. Once the validity period of the packs expires or talk time finishes, customer will be charged normal tariff. However, he criticized the government for charging tax in donation money by private sector in &lsquo;Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund&rsquo;. &nbsp;&quot;The government must co-ordinate with private sector in all types of economic activities correcting such actions,&quot; he added.&nbsp;</p>

The event inspires people everywhere through local, national and global activities to help the self starters and innovators explore their potential. The event observed the participation of various established entrepreneurs, members of private sector organisations, startups, students and media.</p>

<p>Nabindra Raj Joshi, Minister of Industry was the chief guest for the programme. Similarly, the discussion was moderated by Ajay Pradhananga of Fleur Himalayan Limited. Ashutosh Tiwari, CEO of Sherpa Adventure Gear, Amod Rajbhandari, Partner of True North Associates<strong>,&nbsp;</strong>Deependra Chaulagain, Director of Samriddhi Foundation and Aashish Adhikari, Founder of RedMud Coffee were the group of panelist for the programme. The discussion focused on way to develop the business ecosystem in the country.</p>

<p>In the program, Joshi said that he did recognize the present bureaucratic and political issues that clouded business policies. At the same time, he underlined the need to work together in order to create space for political change. Similarly, Tiwari spoke on the need of business ecosystem. He explained how innovative enterprises could link world resources and influence the whole world and thus the need to help them grow. Chaulagain expressed the need of flexible policy environment that spread hope but not fear in the business environment. During the programme, Rajbhandari explained the importance of access to finance and business management strategies for any new business. &nbsp;&nbsp;Likewise, Adhikari shared his experience on how he began RedMud Coffee, the challenges he went through when he started as a young college drop out.</p>

<p>Pradhanang concluded the discussion by stating the need for initiating the Challenge Fund, the need to improve Nepal&rsquo;s standing Doing Business Report, and the importance of having to reduce time taken to enter and exit a market in Nepal.</p>
