The AGM also approved the proposal of distributing 50 per cent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after distributing the bonus share and right shares which is being distributed currently.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, the bank also informed of approving the proposals on relocating the central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu and providing authorisation to board of directors to initiate merger or acquiring process with other BFIs. </p>
