The companies are preparing to operate 4G since Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA), the regulator of telecommunication sector of Nepal forwarded the 4G licensing process.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">NT has already started groundwork for the operation of 4G services after obtaining an approval from NTA. According to the approval provided by NTA to NT, it will initiate the 4G services from January 1. As per NT officials, initiation of 4G services will not get delayed as the mobile towers and equipments kept in urban areas in recent time supports 4G services as well.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, Ncell is waiting for the approval from NTA for the 4G operation. As per Min Prasad Aryal, Spokesperson of NTA, Ncell submitted 4G details with task-plan to NTA last week. The company mentioned of starting 4G services within one month upon receiving the approval. According to the approval provided by NTA to NT, it will initiate the 4G services from January 1. As per NT officials, initiation of 4G services will not get delayed as the mobile towers and equipments kept in urban areas in recent time supports 4G services as well.</p>

The companies are preparing to operate 4G since Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA), the regulator of telecommunication sector of Nepal forwarded the 4G licensing process.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">NT has already started groundwork for the operation of 4G services after obtaining an approval from NTA. According to the approval provided by NTA to NT, it will initiate the 4G services from January 1. As per NT officials, initiation of 4G services will not get delayed as the mobile towers and equipments kept in urban areas in recent time supports 4G services as well.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, Ncell is waiting for the approval from NTA for the 4G operation. As per Min Prasad Aryal, Spokesperson of NTA, Ncell submitted 4G details with task-plan to NTA last week. The company mentioned of starting 4G services within one month upon receiving the approval. According to the approval provided by NTA to NT, it will initiate the 4G services from January 1. The app synchronized with the website of the department has a separate gateway for tax payers and tax officers for their information quest. The PAN number holder tax payers will have to enter the portal by inserting their unique user ID and password. &ldquo;The information uploaded in the website will automatically get uploaded in the app and it will be alerted to the user through a message,&rdquo; the source informed.</p>

Similarly, the department is launching the SMS service from Wednesday itself. &nbsp;In the first phase, the service will be available for the users of Nepal Telecom only. The SMS system is on push and pull based where the tax payer can ask (pull) for the information as per their need and tax executive can provide (pull) the information time to time.&nbsp;</p>
