<p>The government is seeking internal loan from the central bank to meet the requirement of its annual budget. NRB will collect the amount by mid-July next year by issuing treasury bill, development credit bonds, citizens saving bond and foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>The central bank will collect Rs 32.54 billion in the first three months of the current fiscal year using the tools. In the second trimester, NRB aims to collect Rs 46.61 billion. Likewise, the central bank will collect Rs 45.88 billion and Rs 19.96 billion in the third and fourth trimesters.</p>

<p>The central bank&rsquo;s national loan management department will issue a treasury bill to collect Rs 66 billion in the current fiscal year. This amount is 45.51 percent of the total target. Likewise, NRB will issue development credit bonds worth Rs 72 billion for a period of 5 to 15 years. It is projected to collect Rs 6 billion by issuing a five-year citizens saving bond and Rs 1 billion from a five-year foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and Public Debt Act 2059 have entrusted the NRB to collect internal loan for the government of Nepal.</p>

<p>The private airlines company Shree Airlines had bought three aircrafts worth Rs 2 billion about four months ago. But the planes had been parked at the airport as the company couldn&rsquo;t get the license to operate flights. Shree Airlines had been paying Rs 22,000 per day as parking charge of the planes.</p>

<p>Altogether 13 persons were there in the test flight including five pilots, three engineers of CAAN and others from the safety department. The team will present a report to the CAAN about the test flight and the airlines will get the certificate based on the report.</p>

<p>The airlines can start commercial flights only after completing all the legal formalities.</p>

<p>Previously, NRB was the only bank which used to import USD. However, seven months ago, it had given permission to commercial banks to import dollars. &ldquo;NIC Asia has imported dollars for the first time,&rdquo; said Laxman Risal, CEO of NIC Asia Bank. The supply of USD was minimum and this was creating problem for many customers. Therefore, NRB had given permission to all A-grade banks to import dollars.</p>

<p>According to Roshan Kumar Neupane, chief information officer of NIC Asia Bank, the imported USD will be available at all of its 32 branch offices in the valley and also in places outside the valley including Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Butwal. &nbsp;</p>

<p>NIC Asia Bank has been providing the foreign exchange facility to its customers through visa international debit card. The current rules of NRB allow Nepali citizens who are going abroad to exchange up to USD 2500.</p>

The company informed that there are four models of Tiguan. The car is available in both diesel and petrol engines. Tiguan is the new version of the Tiguan series launched earlier in the Nepali market. Tiguan was introduced in the global market in 2007 as a compact SUV, and it entered the Nepali market in 2010. Bijukche said that almost 350 units of Tiguan have been sold since its launch.</p>

<p>Tiguan has various features including six air bags, hill start assist, and auto hold. The SUV also has leather seats, auto park assist, cruise control, app connection, rain and electricity censor and LED headlamps. The specialty of Tiguan is that its door can be opened without using keys.</p>

<p><strong>New Amrok</strong></p>

<p>The pick-up Amarok launched on the same day has four motion wheel drive, off-road ABS and ESP. These features help the vehicle to run in all types of roads. The pick-up also has the capacity to bear extremely heavy loads, it produces less noise, has good internal decoration and comfortable seats.</p>

Roads Board Nepal divides the budget among 34 road division offices and five regional offices upon examining the state of the roads in the respective areas. The budget is provided for maintenance on an occasional basis as well as for regular maintenance and for emergency situation. The same budget is also spent on upgrading the roads as well as rehabilitation and restructuring.</p>

<p>Despite the allocation of budget, there has been no progress on timely repair and upgrading of the roads due to administrative weaknesses. The Central Regional Road Directorate under the Department of Roads (DoR) is supposed to work 365 days a year but the condition of roads in the Kathmandu valley speaks volumes about their efforts to maintain the roads.</p>

<p>The roads full of potholes in the capital stand as a testimony to the maintenance works carried out by the government bodies.</p>

<p>Although maintenance of roads in the regular duty of the Department of Roads, the instruction from the prime minister to maintain the standard of the roads shows the ineffectiveness of the government in fulfilling their duties despite having adequate budget.</p>

<p>There are 70 workers in the eastern section of Kathmandu for the maintenance of roads while there are 56 workers in the western section.</p>

<p>There is total of 34 road division across the country out of which 11 fall under the central region. Four of them fall under Kathmandu&rsquo;s road division. In Kathmandu alone, one division has been assigned to maintain the roads in both eastern and western sections respectively.</p>

<p>Engineer Shiva Hari Sapkota, director of the Central Regional Road Directorate informed that the maintenance of road is being done on a regular basis.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The problem has seen due to laying of Melamchi water pipes and also due to drainage system,&rdquo; he said. According to him, the directorate is working to maintain the roads and to complete them by Sept/Oct this year. &nbsp;The road directorate said it has given high priority in maintaining busy roads used by lots of pedestrian and vehicles.</p>

<p>The government is seeking internal loan from the central bank to meet the requirement of its annual budget. NRB will collect the amount by mid-July next year by issuing treasury bill, development credit bonds, citizens saving bond and foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>The central bank will collect Rs 32.54 billion in the first three months of the current fiscal year using the tools. In the second trimester, NRB aims to collect Rs 46.61 billion. Likewise, the central bank will collect Rs 45.88 billion and Rs 19.96 billion in the third and fourth trimesters.</p>

<p>The central bank&rsquo;s national loan management department will issue a treasury bill to collect Rs 66 billion in the current fiscal year. This amount is 45.51 percent of the total target. Likewise, NRB will issue development credit bonds worth Rs 72 billion for a period of 5 to 15 years. It is projected to collect Rs 6 billion by issuing a five-year citizens saving bond and Rs 1 billion from a five-year foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and Public Debt Act 2059 have entrusted the NRB to collect internal loan for the government of Nepal.</p>

But the planes had been parked at the airport as the company couldn&rsquo;t get the license to operate flights. Shree Airlines had been paying Rs 22,000 per day as parking charge of the planes.</p>

<p>Altogether 13 persons were there in the test flight including five pilots, three engineers of CAAN and others from the safety department. The team will present a report to the CAAN about the test flight and the airlines will get the certificate based on the report.</p>

<p>The airlines can start commercial flights only after completing all the legal formalities.</p>

However, seven months ago, it had given permission to commercial banks to import dollars. &ldquo;NIC Asia has imported dollars for the first time,&rdquo; said Laxman Risal, CEO of NIC Asia Bank. The supply of USD was minimum and this was creating problem for many customers. Therefore, NRB had given permission to all A-grade banks to import dollars.</p>

<p>According to Roshan Kumar Neupane, chief information officer of NIC Asia Bank, the imported USD will be available at all of its 32 branch offices in the valley and also in places outside the valley including Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Butwal. &nbsp;</p>

<p>NIC Asia Bank has been providing the foreign exchange facility to its customers through visa international debit card. The current rules of NRB allow Nepali citizens who are going abroad to exchange up to USD 2500.</p>

Bijukche said that almost 350 units of Tiguan have been sold since its launch.</p>

<p>Tiguan has various features including six air bags, hill start assist, and auto hold. The SUV also has leather seats, auto park assist, cruise control, app connection, rain and electricity censor and LED headlamps. The specialty of Tiguan is that its door can be opened without using keys.</p>

Roads Board Nepal divides the budget among 34 road division offices and five regional offices upon examining the state of the roads in the respective areas. The budget is provided for maintenance on an occasional basis as well as for regular maintenance and for emergency situation. The same budget is also spent on upgrading the roads as well as rehabilitation and restructuring.</p>

<p>Despite the allocation of budget, there has been no progress on timely repair and upgrading of the roads due to administrative weaknesses. The Central Regional Road Directorate under the Department of Roads (DoR) is supposed to work 365 days a year but the condition of roads in the Kathmandu valley speaks volumes about their efforts to maintain the roads.</p>

<p>The roads full of potholes in the capital stand as a testimony to the maintenance works carried out by the government bodies.</p>

<p>Although maintenance of roads in the regular duty of the Department of Roads, the instruction from the prime minister to maintain the standard of the roads shows the ineffectiveness of the government in fulfilling their duties despite having adequate budget.</p>

<p>There are 70 workers in the eastern section of Kathmandu for the maintenance of roads while there are 56 workers in the western section.</p>

<p>There is total of 34 road division across the country out of which 11 fall under the central region. Four of them fall under Kathmandu&rsquo;s road division. In Kathmandu alone, one division has been assigned to maintain the roads in both eastern and western sections respectively.</p>

<p>Engineer Shiva Hari Sapkota, director of the Central Regional Road Directorate informed that the maintenance of road is being done on a regular basis.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The problem has seen due to laying of Melamchi water pipes and also due to drainage system,&rdquo; he said. According to him, the directorate is working to maintain the roads and to complete them by Sept/Oct this year. &nbsp;The road directorate said it has given high priority in maintaining busy roads used by lots of pedestrian and vehicles.</p>

<p>The government is seeking internal loan from the central bank to meet the requirement of its annual budget. NRB will collect the amount by mid-July next year by issuing treasury bill, development credit bonds, citizens saving bond and foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>The central bank will collect Rs 32.54 billion in the first three months of the current fiscal year using the tools. In the second trimester, NRB aims to collect Rs 46.61 billion. Likewise, the central bank will collect Rs 45.88 billion and Rs 19.96 billion in the third and fourth trimesters.</p>

<p>The central bank&rsquo;s national loan management department will issue a treasury bill to collect Rs 66 billion in the current fiscal year. This amount is 45.51 percent of the total target. Likewise, NRB will issue development credit bonds worth Rs 72 billion for a period of 5 to 15 years. It is projected to collect Rs 6 billion by issuing a five-year citizens saving bond and Rs 1 billion from a five-year foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and Public Debt Act 2059 have entrusted the NRB to collect internal loan for the government of Nepal.</p>

<p>The private airlines company Shree Airlines had bought three aircrafts worth Rs 2 billion about four months ago. But the planes had been parked at the airport as the company couldn&rsquo;t get the license to operate flights. Shree Airlines had been paying Rs 22,000 per day as parking charge of the planes.</p>

<p>Altogether 13 persons were there in the test flight including five pilots, three engineers of CAAN and others from the safety department. The team will present a report to the CAAN about the test flight and the airlines will get the certificate based on the report.</p>

<p>The airlines can start commercial flights only after completing all the legal formalities.</p>

<p>Previously, NRB was the only bank which used to import USD. However, seven months ago, it had given permission to commercial banks to import dollars. &ldquo;NIC Asia has imported dollars for the first time,&rdquo; said Laxman Risal, CEO of NIC Asia Bank. The supply of USD was minimum and this was creating problem for many customers. Therefore, NRB had given permission to all A-grade banks to import dollars.</p>

<p>According to Roshan Kumar Neupane, chief information officer of NIC Asia Bank, the imported USD will be available at all of its 32 branch offices in the valley and also in places outside the valley including Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Butwal. &nbsp;</p>

<p>NIC Asia Bank has been providing the foreign exchange facility to its customers through visa international debit card. The current rules of NRB allow Nepali citizens who are going abroad to exchange up to USD 2500.</p>

Tiguan is the new version of the Tiguan series launched earlier in the Nepali market. Tiguan was introduced in the global market in 2007 as a compact SUV, and it entered the Nepali market in 2010. Bijukche said that almost 350 units of Tiguan have been sold since its launch.</p>

<p>Tiguan has various features including six air bags, hill start assist, and auto hold. The SUV also has leather seats, auto park assist, cruise control, app connection, rain and electricity censor and LED headlamps. The specialty of Tiguan is that its door can be opened without using keys.</p>

Roads Board Nepal divides the budget among 34 road division offices and five regional offices upon examining the state of the roads in the respective areas. The budget is provided for maintenance on an occasional basis as well as for regular maintenance and for emergency situation. The same budget is also spent on upgrading the roads as well as rehabilitation and restructuring.</p>

<p>Despite the allocation of budget, there has been no progress on timely repair and upgrading of the roads due to administrative weaknesses. The Central Regional Road Directorate under the Department of Roads (DoR) is supposed to work 365 days a year but the condition of roads in the Kathmandu valley speaks volumes about their efforts to maintain the roads.</p>

<p>The roads full of potholes in the capital stand as a testimony to the maintenance works carried out by the government bodies.</p>

<p>Although maintenance of roads in the regular duty of the Department of Roads, the instruction from the prime minister to maintain the standard of the roads shows the ineffectiveness of the government in fulfilling their duties despite having adequate budget.</p>

<p>There are 70 workers in the eastern section of Kathmandu for the maintenance of roads while there are 56 workers in the western section.</p>

<p>There is total of 34 road division across the country out of which 11 fall under the central region. Four of them fall under Kathmandu&rsquo;s road division. In Kathmandu alone, one division has been assigned to maintain the roads in both eastern and western sections respectively.</p>

<p>Engineer Shiva Hari Sapkota, director of the Central Regional Road Directorate informed that the maintenance of road is being done on a regular basis.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The problem has seen due to laying of Melamchi water pipes and also due to drainage system,&rdquo; he said. According to him, the directorate is working to maintain the roads and to complete them by Sept/Oct this year. &nbsp;The road directorate said it has given high priority in maintaining busy roads used by lots of pedestrian and vehicles.</p>

<p>The government is seeking internal loan from the central bank to meet the requirement of its annual budget. NRB will collect the amount by mid-July next year by issuing treasury bill, development credit bonds, citizens saving bond and foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>The central bank will collect Rs 32.54 billion in the first three months of the current fiscal year using the tools. In the second trimester, NRB aims to collect Rs 46.61 billion. Likewise, the central bank will collect Rs 45.88 billion and Rs 19.96 billion in the third and fourth trimesters.</p>

<p>The central bank&rsquo;s national loan management department will issue a treasury bill to collect Rs 66 billion in the current fiscal year. This amount is 45.51 percent of the total target. Likewise, NRB will issue development credit bonds worth Rs 72 billion for a period of 5 to 15 years. It is projected to collect Rs 6 billion by issuing a five-year citizens saving bond and Rs 1 billion from a five-year foreign employment saving bond.</p>

<p>Nepal Rastra Bank Act 2058 and Public Debt Act 2059 have entrusted the NRB to collect internal loan for the government of Nepal.</p>

<p>The private airlines company Shree Airlines had bought three aircrafts worth Rs 2 billion about four months ago. But the planes had been parked at the airport as the company couldn&rsquo;t get the license to operate flights. Shree Airlines had been paying Rs 22,000 per day as parking charge of the planes.</p>

<p>Altogether 13 persons were there in the test flight including five pilots, three engineers of CAAN and others from the safety department. The team will present a report to the CAAN about the test flight and the airlines will get the certificate based on the report.</p>

<p>The airlines can start commercial flights only after completing all the legal formalities.</p>

<p>Previously, NRB was the only bank which used to import USD. However, seven months ago, it had given permission to commercial banks to import dollars. &ldquo;NIC Asia has imported dollars for the first time,&rdquo; said Laxman Risal, CEO of NIC Asia Bank. The supply of USD was minimum and this was creating problem for many customers. Therefore, NRB had given permission to all A-grade banks to import dollars.</p>

<p>According to Roshan Kumar Neupane, chief information officer of NIC Asia Bank, the imported USD will be available at all of its 32 branch offices in the valley and also in places outside the valley including Biratnagar, Birgunj, Dharan, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Butwal. &nbsp;</p>

<p>NIC Asia Bank has been providing the foreign exchange facility to its customers through visa international debit card. The current rules of NRB allow Nepali citizens who are going abroad to exchange up to USD 2500.</p>

Tiguan is the new version of the Tiguan series launched earlier in the Nepali market. Tiguan was introduced in the global market in 2007 as a compact SUV, and it entered the Nepali market in 2010. Bijukche said that almost 350 units of Tiguan have been sold since its launch.</p>

<p>Tiguan has various features including six air bags, hill start assist, and auto hold. The SUV also has leather seats, auto park assist, cruise control, app connection, rain and electricity censor and LED headlamps. The specialty of Tiguan is that its door can be opened without using keys.</p>

<p>The pick-up Amarok launched on the same day has four motion wheel drive, off-road ABS and ESP. These features help the vehicle to run in all types of roads. Roads Board Nepal divides the budget among 34 road division offices and five regional offices upon examining the state of the roads in the respective areas. The budget is provided for maintenance on an occasional basis as well as for regular maintenance and for emergency situation. The same budget is also spent on upgrading the roads as well as rehabilitation and restructuring.</p>

<p>Despite the allocation of budget, there has been no progress on timely repair and upgrading of the roads due to administrative weaknesses. The Central Regional Road Directorate under the Department of Roads (DoR) is supposed to work 365 days a year but the condition of roads in the Kathmandu valley speaks volumes about their efforts to maintain the roads.</p>

<p>The roads full of potholes in the capital stand as a testimony to the maintenance works carried out by the government bodies.</p>

<p>Although maintenance of roads in the regular duty of the Department of Roads, the instruction from the prime minister to maintain the standard of the roads shows the ineffectiveness of the government in fulfilling their duties despite having adequate budget.</p>

<p>There are 70 workers in the eastern section of Kathmandu for the maintenance of roads while there are 56 workers in the western section.</p>

<p>There is total of 34 road division across the country out of which 11 fall under the central region. Four of them fall under Kathmandu&rsquo;s road division. In Kathmandu alone, one division has been assigned to maintain the roads in both eastern and western sections respectively.</p>

<p>Engineer Shiva Hari Sapkota, director of the Central Regional Road Directorate informed that the maintenance of road is being done on a regular basis.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The problem has seen due to laying of Melamchi water pipes and also due to drainage system,&rdquo; he said. According to him, the directorate is working to maintain the roads and to complete them by Sept/Oct this year. &nbsp;The road directorate said it has given high priority in maintaining busy roads used by lots of pedestrian and vehicles.</p>
