The government has decided to set up the industrial area in Motipur as per its vision of establishing on industrial area in each of the seven provinces. The industrial area will be set up in the nearby places of the Tianu River including the then village&nbsp; development committees of Motipur, Anandaban, Farsatikar, Tikuligadh and Amuwa.</p>

<p>The survey of land is being done for preparing the Detailed Project Report.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The survey of land for preparing the DPR has reached the final phase,&rdquo; informed Tul Bahadur Rana Chhetri, chief of the Butwal Insudtrial Area.</p>

<p>He further said that the number and types of factories in the industrial area will be determined after preparing the detailed project report. Industrial Districts Management Limited (IDML) has appointed Butwal Industrial Area&rsquo;s chief Rana Chhetri as the focal person for this project.</p>

<p>The government has transferred 813 bighas of land along the Tianu River to IDML for the establishment of the industrial area.</p>

<p>The establishment of industrial area Motipur was undertaken as per the cabinet decisions taken on April 26 and June 16 last year.</p>

The stylish design is complemented by enhanced performance and driving dynamics. The TIGOR will be available in petrol variant - Revotron 1.2L with class-leading driving dynamics. The engine is available with multi-drive modes &ndash; Eco and City, added the statement.</p>

<p>Tata TIGOR is available in four variants XE, XT, XZ and XZ (O) with six exciting colour options including copper dazzle, espresso brown, pearlescent white, platinum silver, striker blue and berry red. According to the statement, TIGOR has four years warranty or 75,000 km and the company is providing the warranty whichever is earlier.</p>

During the corresponding period of last year, only 359,672 tourists had arrived in Nepal. In terms of number, there has been an increase of 115,597 tourists during the review period.</p>

<p>Maximum number of tourists arriving in Nepal were from India followed by China in the second place. The top ten countries sending tourists to Nepal including the two neighbouring countries are the USA, the UK, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Australia, Germany and Japan.</p>

<p>The total number of Indian tourists visiting Nepal this year was 93,049 while the number of Chinese tourist was 54,090. Likewise, 41,091 American tourists visited Nepal while the number of visitors from the UK was 27,444 and from Thailand was 22,095.&nbsp;</p>

A meeting of the committee on August 6 has decided to send its team for inspection of the sites amid allegations of irregularities while purchasing the lands.</p>

<p>The committee will send its team to the sites within one week. The committee has appointed its coordinator Subash Chandra Shah Thakuri to look after the issue. The team will probe into irregularities of NOC while purchasing lands in Jhapa, Sarlahi, Bhairahawa and Chitwan.</p>

<p>The committee has pledged to find out the truth after a fair investigation. According to Thakuri, it is not possible to find out the actual happenings without field visit and it would be difficult to take any decision without proper investigation.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We will prepare a report after finding out the truth. After we present the report, the main committee will further discuss on the issue and then recommend the concerned bodies to take necessary measures,&rdquo; said Thakuri.</p>

<p>Renegade Commando features wide handlebars and hydraulic telescopic front suspension and spring rear suspension which are ideal for a cruiser segment motorcycle. Similarly, the front wheel of Renegade Sports has telescopic suspension, the rear wheel has dual shock absorbers.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;Features like main USP of UM Motorcycles, the designs and colors being offered, AFS (Anti-Flat Sealant), LEDs 360o (Light Emitting Diode) and USB Charging Port, UM gel seat and Intelligent Dashboard have been incorporated in the new models,&rdquo; says the statement.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Renegade Commando is priced at Rs 492,000 and Renegade Sports cost Rs 499,000.</p>

<p>He further said that the number and types of factories in the industrial area will be determined after preparing the detailed project report. Industrial Districts Management Limited (IDML) has appointed Butwal Industrial Area&rsquo;s chief Rana Chhetri as the focal person for this project.</p>

<p>The government has transferred 813 bighas of land along the Tianu River to IDML for the establishment of the industrial area.</p>

<p>The establishment of industrial area Motipur was undertaken as per the cabinet decisions taken on April 26 and June 16 last year.</p>

<p>Maximum number of tourists arriving in Nepal were from India followed by China in the second place. The top ten countries sending tourists to Nepal including the two neighbouring countries are the USA, the UK, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Australia, Germany and Japan.</p>

<p>The total number of Indian tourists visiting Nepal this year was 93,049 while the number of Chinese tourist was 54,090. Likewise, 41,091 American tourists visited Nepal while the number of visitors from the UK was 27,444 and from Thailand was 22,095.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The committee has pledged to find out the truth after a fair investigation. According to Thakuri, it is not possible to find out the actual happenings without field visit and it would be difficult to take any decision without proper investigation.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We will prepare a report after finding out the truth. After we present the report, the main committee will further discuss on the issue and then recommend the concerned bodies to take necessary measures,&rdquo; said Thakuri.</p>

<p>The newly launched products include &lsquo;PURATRON&rsquo; which has a unique EAT (Electro-Adsorption Technology) mechanism which removes most of the impurities in the water whilst still maintaining the essential nutrients, reads a press statement issued by the company. Most importantly this technology does not result in water wastage, a unique feature and advantage of expensive R/O systems.</p>

<p>Whirlpool has also launched its super premium range of European Front Loaders washing machine with cutting edge technological features. It has unique features like bloomwash and heater, both unique to Whirlpool, reads the statement.</p>

<p>According to the company, Whirlpool has been in Nepal for the last two decades and has increased its presence lately with its &lsquo;global product range&rsquo;.</p>

<p>This year, a total of 475,269 tourists arrived in Nepal in between January to June, according to the Department of Immigration. During the corresponding period of last year, only 359,672 tourists had arrived in Nepal. In terms of number, there has been an increase of 115,597 tourists during the review period.</p>

<p>Maximum number of tourists arriving in Nepal were from India followed by China in the second place. The top ten countries sending tourists to Nepal including the two neighbouring countries are the USA, the UK, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Australia, Germany and Japan.</p>

<p>The total number of Indian tourists visiting Nepal this year was 93,049 while the number of Chinese tourist was 54,090. Likewise, 41,091 American tourists visited Nepal while the number of visitors from the UK was 27,444 and from Thailand was 22,095.&nbsp;</p>

A meeting of the committee on August 6 has decided to send its team for inspection of the sites amid allegations of irregularities while purchasing the lands.</p>

<p>The committee will send its team to the sites within one week. The committee has appointed its coordinator Subash Chandra Shah Thakuri to look after the issue. The team will probe into irregularities of NOC while purchasing lands in Jhapa, Sarlahi, Bhairahawa and Chitwan.</p>

<p>The committee has pledged to find out the truth after a fair investigation. According to Thakuri, it is not possible to find out the actual happenings without field visit and it would be difficult to take any decision without proper investigation.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We will prepare a report after finding out the truth. After we present the report, the main committee will further discuss on the issue and then recommend the concerned bodies to take necessary measures,&rdquo; said Thakuri.</p>

<p>The survey of land is being done for preparing the Detailed Project Report.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The survey of land for preparing the DPR has reached the final phase,&rdquo; informed Tul Bahadur Rana Chhetri, chief of the Butwal Insudtrial Area.</p>

<p>He further said that the number and types of factories in the industrial area will be determined after preparing the detailed project report. Industrial Districts Management Limited (IDML) has appointed Butwal Industrial Area&rsquo;s chief Rana Chhetri as the focal person for this project.</p>

<p>The government has transferred 813 bighas of land along the Tianu River to IDML for the establishment of the industrial area.</p>

<p>The establishment of industrial area Motipur was undertaken as per the cabinet decisions taken on April 26 and June 16 last year.</p>

<p>Maximum number of tourists arriving in Nepal were from India followed by China in the second place. The top ten countries sending tourists to Nepal including the two neighbouring countries are the USA, the UK, Thailand, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Australia, Germany and Japan.</p>

<p>The total number of Indian tourists visiting Nepal this year was 93,049 while the number of Chinese tourist was 54,090. Likewise, 41,091 American tourists visited Nepal while the number of visitors from the UK was 27,444 and from Thailand was 22,095.&nbsp;</p>

			'content' => '<p>August 7: Parliamentary Committee on Industry, Commerce and Consumer Rights will conduct a field visit to the lands bought by Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). A meeting of the committee on August 6 has decided to send its team for inspection of the sites amid allegations of irregularities while purchasing the lands.</p>

<p>The committee will send its team to the sites within one week. The committee has appointed its coordinator Subash Chandra Shah Thakuri to look after the issue. The team will probe into irregularities of NOC while purchasing lands in Jhapa, Sarlahi, Bhairahawa and Chitwan.</p>

<p>The committee has pledged to find out the truth after a fair investigation. According to Thakuri, it is not possible to find out the actual happenings without field visit and it would be difficult to take any decision without proper investigation.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We will prepare a report after finding out the truth. After we present the report, the main committee will further discuss on the issue and then recommend the concerned bodies to take necessary measures,&rdquo; said Thakuri.</p>

The Commando model features bikes of 230cc and 300cc while the Sports model has bikes of 140cc, 180cc and 300cc.</p>

<p>Speaking at the function, Chandra Prasad Dhakal, executive chairman of IME Group said, &ldquo;With the official introduction of UM brand&rsquo;s cruiser and sports segment Renegade 300 series motorcycles in Nepal, IME Automotives aims to leverage UM&#39;s global recognition as &lsquo;now manufactured in India&rsquo; with aesthetically rich style and design offerings.&quot;&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to a press statement issued by the company, the new bikes are powered by higher series single cylinder liquid cooled engine mated to a six speed transmission. &ldquo;They have fuel tank of 18 liters capacity with kerb weight of 172 kg,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>Renegade Commando features wide handlebars and hydraulic telescopic front suspension and spring rear suspension which are ideal for a cruiser segment motorcycle. Similarly, the front wheel of Renegade Sports has telescopic suspension, the rear wheel has dual shock absorbers.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;Features like main USP of UM Motorcycles, the designs and colors being offered, AFS (Anti-Flat Sealant), LEDs 360o (Light Emitting Diode) and USB Charging Port, UM gel seat and Intelligent Dashboard have been incorporated in the new models,&rdquo; says the statement.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Renegade Commando is priced at Rs 492,000 and Renegade Sports cost Rs 499,000.</p>
