Issuing a press statement, the Gorkha-based bank informed that profit for the last FY has been logged at Rs 60.95 million against Rs 30.87 million in the previous FY.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the bank, deposits have increased by 58 per cent and extension of loans has risen by 47 per cent in the review period. During the period, the bank had zero non-performing loans.&nbsp; According to the bank, it has proceeded to issue rights share in the ratio 2:1 of the currently maintained paid-up capital.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Apart from the central office, the bank has been providing financial services from eight places including Arughat and Laxmibazar of Gorkha, Dumre of Tanahu, Turture bazaar, Abukhaireni, DuleGauda, Narayanghat of Chitwan and Parsa. &ldquo;We will soon open new branches in Tandi of Chitwan and Damauli of Tanahun,&rdquo; reads the press release.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

			'content' => '<p style="text-align: justify;">July 21: Ministry of Finance has finally provided approval for deduction of commission rate to share broker companies by nearly 40 percent in average. &ldquo;Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had submitted the proposal nearly 18 months ago. The Ministry has finally given the approval after conducting long study on the proposal,&rdquo; said Niraj Giri, Executive Director of SEBON.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We got the approval on Wednesday after sending the proposal long time ago. The deducted commission rate will be implemented from Thursday,&rdquo; he added. Stakeholders expressed that the deduction of share broker commission will reduce the cost that will attract investors in the market. &ldquo;Deduction of commission is a positive part for investors. It will increase investment, trading amount and market index,&rdquo; said share investor Ambika Poudel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;Although deduction in broker commission rate will lead to decrease in income of the brokers, it will have positive effect in the market,&rdquo; said Anjan Shrestha, Former Chairman of Broker Association. He informed that presently 10 broker companies occupy 70 percent of total trading. He also opined that brokers will engage in healthy competition of increasing share transactions in a bid to increase income after deduction of commission rate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Now onwards, share trading worth Rs 50,000 will be levied 0.6 percent broker commission which was 1 percent earlier. Similarly, share trading worth Rs 50,000 to 500,000 will be levied 0.55 percent commission from earlier 0.9 percent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, trading worth Rs 500,000 to Rs 2 million will be levied 0.5 percent which was 0.8 percent earlier. Broker commission for share trading worth of Rs 2 million to Rs 10 million has also been deducted to 0.45 percent from 0.7 percent. Meanwhile, broker commission of 0.4 percent will be levied on share transaction worth above 10 million. According to a higher source of Finance Ministry, the ministry has already correspondence SEBON on Wednesday regarding the deduction of broker commission. As per a source at SEBON, board of directors meeting of the regulator body will endorse the deduction rate and correspondence with the broker companies on Wednesday.</p>

<p>The new chassis comes with features like anti-lock breaking system and Voith Hydrodynamic Retarder, two 95/90 R 22.5-16 PR sized radial tyres. According to the company, the new chassis is appropriate for rides both inside and outside city areas.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The engine producing 180 HP and 675 Nm torque gives the bus excellent load bearing capacity on difficult terrains,&rdquo; said Shrestha.&nbsp; He further briefed that&nbsp; apart from this feature, the 14-inch diameter clutch plate, G-600 gear box with Over Drive Mechanism and proportion of 41/7 adjustment of crown, the bus gives high speed consuming less fuel. The company is providing a warranty of three years or 300,000 kilometers to its customers on the purchase of the chassis.</p>

Issuing a press statement, the private sector body said that increment in the tariff has created additional burdens to the entrepreneurs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) raised the tariff in a bid to recover the losses faced by it. &ldquo;The decision is not rationale as it will hamper the overall industrial sector in Nepal,&rdquo; said the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI has expressed its disappointment that the related body did not talked with the private sectors before taking the decision.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;With or without the electricity supply, industries are required to pay the minimum demand charge. There are several impediments to the hydropower development and electricity supply, &ldquo;Increasing the electricity tariff rate will raise the production cost ultimately affecting the competitive capacity of the industries,&rdquo; reads the statement. The private sector body also criticised the removal of three per cent discount on the payment of the electricity bill. NEA provides such discount for the customers who pay their bills on time. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&ldquo;Being unresponsive to our needs and demands, the government&rsquo;s decision to increase the electricity tariff is not appropriate,&rdquo; says the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI urged the government to immediately withdraw the decision and demanded engagement of the private sector regarding the setting of new electricity tariff.</p>

In the review period of the last FY, total of 386,315 foreign jobseekers left the country. In the previous year, the number was 486,287. Decline in the price of crude oil in the international market that led Gulf Countries to cut off number of labourers is also a primary reason of decreasing remittance growth. Additionally, due to the devastating earthquake of last year, labourers going abroad for job has also significantly dropped attributing decline in remittance flow.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, the annually increasing remittance flow has not been able to use for capital formation. The economic survey of 2072/73 shows that the 94.74 percent of remittance is spent for consumption. Most of the labourers going for foreign jobs are of weak economic background, thus capital formation lies least in their priority.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the bank, deposits have increased by 58 per cent and extension of loans has risen by 47 per cent in the review period. During the period, the bank had zero non-performing loans.&nbsp; According to the bank, it has proceeded to issue rights share in the ratio 2:1 of the currently maintained paid-up capital.</p>

			'content' => '<p style="text-align: justify;">July 21: Ministry of Finance has finally provided approval for deduction of commission rate to share broker companies by nearly 40 percent in average. &ldquo;Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had submitted the proposal nearly 18 months ago. The Ministry has finally given the approval after conducting long study on the proposal,&rdquo; said Niraj Giri, Executive Director of SEBON.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We got the approval on Wednesday after sending the proposal long time ago. The deducted commission rate will be implemented from Thursday,&rdquo; he added. Stakeholders expressed that the deduction of share broker commission will reduce the cost that will attract investors in the market. &ldquo;Deduction of commission is a positive part for investors. It will increase investment, trading amount and market index,&rdquo; said share investor Ambika Poudel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;Although deduction in broker commission rate will lead to decrease in income of the brokers, it will have positive effect in the market,&rdquo; said Anjan Shrestha, Former Chairman of Broker Association. He informed that presently 10 broker companies occupy 70 percent of total trading. He also opined that brokers will engage in healthy competition of increasing share transactions in a bid to increase income after deduction of commission rate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Now onwards, share trading worth Rs 50,000 will be levied 0.6 percent broker commission which was 1 percent earlier. Similarly, share trading worth Rs 50,000 to 500,000 will be levied 0.55 percent commission from earlier 0.9 percent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, trading worth Rs 500,000 to Rs 2 million will be levied 0.5 percent which was 0.8 percent earlier. Broker commission for share trading worth of Rs 2 million to Rs 10 million has also been deducted to 0.45 percent from 0.7 percent. Meanwhile, broker commission of 0.4 percent will be levied on share transaction worth above 10 million. According to a higher source of Finance Ministry, the ministry has already correspondence SEBON on Wednesday regarding the deduction of broker commission. As per a source at SEBON, board of directors meeting of the regulator body will endorse the deduction rate and correspondence with the broker companies on Wednesday.</p>

Issuing a press statement, the private sector body said that increment in the tariff has created additional burdens to the entrepreneurs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) raised the tariff in a bid to recover the losses faced by it. &ldquo;The decision is not rationale as it will hamper the overall industrial sector in Nepal,&rdquo; said the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI has expressed its disappointment that the related body did not talked with the private sectors before taking the decision.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;With or without the electricity supply, industries are required to pay the minimum demand charge. There are several impediments to the hydropower development and electricity supply, &ldquo;Increasing the electricity tariff rate will raise the production cost ultimately affecting the competitive capacity of the industries,&rdquo; reads the statement. The private sector body also criticised the removal of three per cent discount on the payment of the electricity bill. NEA provides such discount for the customers who pay their bills on time. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&ldquo;Being unresponsive to our needs and demands, the government&rsquo;s decision to increase the electricity tariff is not appropriate,&rdquo; says the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI urged the government to immediately withdraw the decision and demanded engagement of the private sector regarding the setting of new electricity tariff.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Specifically, decrease in labourers going to Gulf countries by 20.6 percent has attributed the decrease in growth of remittance flow. In the review period of the last FY, total of 386,315 foreign jobseekers left the country. In the previous year, the number was 486,287. Decline in the price of crude oil in the international market that led Gulf Countries to cut off number of labourers is also a primary reason of decreasing remittance growth. Additionally, due to the devastating earthquake of last year, labourers going abroad for job has also significantly dropped attributing decline in remittance flow.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, the annually increasing remittance flow has not been able to use for capital formation. The economic survey of 2072/73 shows that the 94.74 percent of remittance is spent for consumption. Most of the labourers going for foreign jobs are of weak economic background, thus capital formation lies least in their priority.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the bank, deposits have increased by 58 per cent and extension of loans has risen by 47 per cent in the review period. During the period, the bank had zero non-performing loans.&nbsp; According to the bank, it has proceeded to issue rights share in the ratio 2:1 of the currently maintained paid-up capital.</p>

			'content' => '<p style="text-align: justify;">July 21: Ministry of Finance has finally provided approval for deduction of commission rate to share broker companies by nearly 40 percent in average. &ldquo;Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had submitted the proposal nearly 18 months ago. The Ministry has finally given the approval after conducting long study on the proposal,&rdquo; said Niraj Giri, Executive Director of SEBON.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We got the approval on Wednesday after sending the proposal long time ago. The deducted commission rate will be implemented from Thursday,&rdquo; he added. Stakeholders expressed that the deduction of share broker commission will reduce the cost that will attract investors in the market. &ldquo;Deduction of commission is a positive part for investors. It will increase investment, trading amount and market index,&rdquo; said share investor Ambika Poudel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;Although deduction in broker commission rate will lead to decrease in income of the brokers, it will have positive effect in the market,&rdquo; said Anjan Shrestha, Former Chairman of Broker Association. He informed that presently 10 broker companies occupy 70 percent of total trading. He also opined that brokers will engage in healthy competition of increasing share transactions in a bid to increase income after deduction of commission rate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Now onwards, share trading worth Rs 50,000 will be levied 0.6 percent broker commission which was 1 percent earlier. Similarly, share trading worth Rs 50,000 to 500,000 will be levied 0.55 percent commission from earlier 0.9 percent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, trading worth Rs 500,000 to Rs 2 million will be levied 0.5 percent which was 0.8 percent earlier. Broker commission for share trading worth of Rs 2 million to Rs 10 million has also been deducted to 0.45 percent from 0.7 percent. Meanwhile, broker commission of 0.4 percent will be levied on share transaction worth above 10 million. According to a higher source of Finance Ministry, the ministry has already correspondence SEBON on Wednesday regarding the deduction of broker commission. As per a source at SEBON, board of directors meeting of the regulator body will endorse the deduction rate and correspondence with the broker companies on Wednesday.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) raised the tariff in a bid to recover the losses faced by it. &ldquo;The decision is not rationale as it will hamper the overall industrial sector in Nepal,&rdquo; said the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI has expressed its disappointment that the related body did not talked with the private sectors before taking the decision.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;With or without the electricity supply, industries are required to pay the minimum demand charge. There are several impediments to the hydropower development and electricity supply, &ldquo;Increasing the electricity tariff rate will raise the production cost ultimately affecting the competitive capacity of the industries,&rdquo; reads the statement. The private sector body also criticised the removal of three per cent discount on the payment of the electricity bill. NEA provides such discount for the customers who pay their bills on time. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&ldquo;Being unresponsive to our needs and demands, the government&rsquo;s decision to increase the electricity tariff is not appropriate,&rdquo; says the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI urged the government to immediately withdraw the decision and demanded engagement of the private sector regarding the setting of new electricity tariff.</p>

Decline in the price of crude oil in the international market that led Gulf Countries to cut off number of labourers is also a primary reason of decreasing remittance growth. Additionally, due to the devastating earthquake of last year, labourers going abroad for job has also significantly dropped attributing decline in remittance flow.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, the annually increasing remittance flow has not been able to use for capital formation. The economic survey of 2072/73 shows that the 94.74 percent of remittance is spent for consumption. Most of the labourers going for foreign jobs are of weak economic background, thus capital formation lies least in their priority.&nbsp;</p>

The Ministry has finally given the approval after conducting long study on the proposal,&rdquo; said Niraj Giri, Executive Director of SEBON.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;We got the approval on Wednesday after sending the proposal long time ago. The deducted commission rate will be implemented from Thursday,&rdquo; he added. Stakeholders expressed that the deduction of share broker commission will reduce the cost that will attract investors in the market. &ldquo;Deduction of commission is a positive part for investors. It will increase investment, trading amount and market index,&rdquo; said share investor Ambika Poudel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;Although deduction in broker commission rate will lead to decrease in income of the brokers, it will have positive effect in the market,&rdquo; said Anjan Shrestha, Former Chairman of Broker Association. He informed that presently 10 broker companies occupy 70 percent of total trading. He also opined that brokers will engage in healthy competition of increasing share transactions in a bid to increase income after deduction of commission rate.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Now onwards, share trading worth Rs 50,000 will be levied 0.6 percent broker commission which was 1 percent earlier. Similarly, share trading worth Rs 50,000 to 500,000 will be levied 0.55 percent commission from earlier 0.9 percent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, trading worth Rs 500,000 to Rs 2 million will be levied 0.5 percent which was 0.8 percent earlier. Broker commission for share trading worth of Rs 2 million to Rs 10 million has also been deducted to 0.45 percent from 0.7 percent. Meanwhile, broker commission of 0.4 percent will be levied on share transaction worth above 10 million. According to a higher source of Finance Ministry, the ministry has already correspondence SEBON on Wednesday regarding the deduction of broker commission. As per a source at SEBON, board of directors meeting of the regulator body will endorse the deduction rate and correspondence with the broker companies on Wednesday.</p>

<p>The prediction contest was held through the official website of Laxmi Hyundai from June 6 to July 10. The participants of contest were required to make score prediction of Euro Cup 2016 matches. According to the company, 25,000 participants participated in the contest. Among them, Soyog Rana, Mahesh Regmi and Abhi Gupta were announced the winners. Likewise, Ashok Sapkota, Anisha Bataju and Ashish Manandhar were declared tournament winners.</p>

<p>Soyog Rana who came first in the contest bagged a 40 inch Samsung LED TV. The first runner up Mahesh Regmi was awarded with a 32 inch Samsung LED TV while Abhi Gupta bagged a Samsung J7 smartphone for the third position. <p>The bus which is 12 meters long has a wide body can accommodate 45 reclining seats with slipper berth and is fitted with pneumatic suspension. &ldquo;The Chassis is powered by Tata Cummins Turbocharged/ Intercooled diesel engine,&rdquo; informed Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading. Shrestha said that the bus ensures security and assures comfortable ride to the passengers.</p>

<p>The new chassis comes with features like anti-lock breaking system and Voith Hydrodynamic Retarder, two 95/90 R 22.5-16 PR sized radial tyres. According to the company, the new chassis is appropriate for rides both inside and outside city areas.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The engine producing 180 HP and 675 Nm torque gives the bus excellent load bearing capacity on difficult terrains,&rdquo; said Shrestha.&nbsp; He further briefed that&nbsp; apart from this feature, the 14-inch diameter clutch plate, G-600 gear box with Over Drive Mechanism and proportion of 41/7 adjustment of crown, the bus gives high speed consuming less fuel. The company is providing a warranty of three years or 300,000 kilometers to its customers on the purchase of the chassis.</p>

Issuing a press statement, the private sector body said that increment in the tariff has created additional burdens to the entrepreneurs.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) raised the tariff in a bid to recover the losses faced by it. &ldquo;The decision is not rationale as it will hamper the overall industrial sector in Nepal,&rdquo; said the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI has expressed its disappointment that the related body did not talked with the private sectors before taking the decision.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;With or without the electricity supply, industries are required to pay the minimum demand charge. There are several impediments to the hydropower development and electricity supply, &ldquo;Increasing the electricity tariff rate will raise the production cost ultimately affecting the competitive capacity of the industries,&rdquo; reads the statement. The private sector body also criticised the removal of three per cent discount on the payment of the electricity bill. NEA provides such discount for the customers who pay their bills on time. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&ldquo;Being unresponsive to our needs and demands, the government&rsquo;s decision to increase the electricity tariff is not appropriate,&rdquo; says the FNCCI. &nbsp;FNCCI urged the government to immediately withdraw the decision and demanded engagement of the private sector regarding the setting of new electricity tariff.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Specifically, decrease in labourers going to Gulf countries by 20.6 percent has attributed the decrease in growth of remittance flow. In the review period of the last FY, total of 386,315 foreign jobseekers left the country. In the previous year, the number was 486,287. Decline in the price of crude oil in the international market that led Gulf Countries to cut off number of labourers is also a primary reason of decreasing remittance growth. Additionally, due to the devastating earthquake of last year, labourers going abroad for job has also significantly dropped attributing decline in remittance flow.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, the annually increasing remittance flow has not been able to use for capital formation. The economic survey of 2072/73 shows that the 94.74 percent of remittance is spent for consumption. Most of the labourers going for foreign jobs are of weak economic background, thus capital formation lies least in their priority.&nbsp;</p>
