<p>According to World Health Organisation&rsquo;s Regional Office for South-East Asia, ensuring all people everywhere have access to quality HIV testing and can know their status is critical to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS.</p>

<p>A statement issued by the regional office of WHO says that many people living with HIV (PLHIV) lack access to testing and hence do not know their HIV status.</p>

<p>This, according to WHO, inhibits access to treatment and enhances the likelihood of AIDS-related complications and death. WHO warned that it also allows the virus to spread.</p>

<p>&ldquo;In recent years member states have made strong progress in all aspects of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Between 2010 and 2017 AIDS-related deaths declined by 40 percent. Between 2000 and 2017 new infections were more than halved, from 318 000 to 157 000. Still, an estimated 3.5 million people region-wide currently live with the disease, with around 51 percent receiving Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) and an estimated 36 percent are completely unaware of their status. This must be remedied as a priority,&rdquo; the statement said.</p>

<p>WHO stressed the need of removing all structural barriers to access testing, including the need for parental consent for adolescents.</p>

<p>WHO&rsquo;s South-East Asia Region comprises the following 11 member states including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People&rsquo;s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor-Leste.</p>

<p>Ashutosh Tiwari of Safal Partners talked about Safal Seeds&rsquo; feature of bridging the gap between businesses and investors, in addition to providing administrative, communications, and legal support to SMEs, as these SMEs often lack institutional support.</p>

<p>&lsquo;Safal Seeds&rsquo; is a collaboration between Nepal Communitere, Antarprerana, a private company that supports entrepreneurs of Nepal through investment and mentorship, and Safal Partners, Nepal&rsquo;s first operational improvement-focused Investment Company. According to the companies, it is an initiation to nurture budding startups to create a pipeline for them to be ready for large-scale investments&mdash;both domestic and foreign.</p>

<p>Three registered companies namely 8byte Creative Studio, Around the Corner Restaurant and Orange Ball Pvt Ltd pitched for seed investments. Similarly, two teams comprisign of engineering students, NovaTech and Light Up presented their ideas.</p>

<p>I-Cube is a 2 year DFID/UKAID sponsored program representing three key pillars for the success of startups - to innovate, iterate and incubate the business. The incubation journey for the second cohort of I-Cube is already underway for up to eight companies.</p>

<p>Anup Kumar Shrestha, chairman of AuSB, shared that the revised set of Nepal Standards on Auditing (NSA) 2018 which will come into effect for auditing financial statements from July 17, 2019. During the programme, he explained about the major changes and revisions on audit reports, introduction of key audit matters (KAM), and auditors&rsquo; responsibilities.</p>

<p>The programme organised by Audit Standards Implementation Committee under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) aims to disseminate information regarding the new and revised reporting standards for enhancing the quality of audit and financial reports of the investors and other key stakeholders.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The standards were revised because they were already five years old,&rdquo; he said, adding, &ldquo;KAM NSA series is totally a new introduction to enhance the values and relevance of the audit reporting framework,&rdquo; said Shrestha.</p>

<p>During the programme, he also informed about two new volumes of the current NSA containing quality control and other standards for auditing.</p>

<p>Speaking at the programme, Krishna Prasad Acharya, vice chairman of ICAN, emphasized on making strong guidelines for boosting the professionalism of chartered accountants (CA) in the country. He underscored the need of proper guidelines and manuals to develop auditing standards and audit reporting framework.</p>

<p>ICAN&rsquo;s chairman Jagannath Upadhyay Niraula and CA Chandra Kanta Bhandari delivered key notes on the framework of auditing during the programme. Likewise, Dr Ashok Haldia from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other CAs also delivered remarkable speeches on the issues and challenges of auditing standards and audit reporting. Registered auditors, CA and representatives from different corporate houses and organisations also participated in the interaction programme.</p>

<p>Norwegian Ambassador to Nepal Lasse Bj&oslash;rn Johannessen and Tomoo Hozumi, UNICEF Representative to Nepal, signed the partnership agreement amid a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Wednesday, November 28.</p>

<p>According to the agreement, the embassy will be providing 25 million Norwegian Kroner (nearly US$3 million) to UNICEF over the next three years.</p>

<p>The partnership will support the collection of national-level data on difficulties faced by children in performing certain activities, reads a joint statement issued by the embassy and UNICEF. The data will help identify children with functional limitations and compare the levels of their participation within their education, social and family life. It will also help in measuring to what extent children are socially included; and will be used for monitoring the situation of children with disabilities and thus support local, state and federal tiers of government&rsquo;s planning for and implementation of inclusive education.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Improving data on disability and the services provided to children with functional limitations is an urgent priority in Nepal. Knowledge and awareness raised on the situation faced by children with functional limitations will allow us to take concrete actions to address them, improving access to education and leading to a stronger, more inclusive and prosperous Nepal,&rdquo; said Mr Johannessen</p>

<p>The Royal Norwegian Embassy-UNICEF partnership will be supporting UNICEF&rsquo;s work in promoting inclusive education for children with disabilities through a variety of ways, including: using early detection methods and screening of children with disabilities and functional limitations; by providing teaching and learning materials; by providing gender and disable-friendly toilets; and ensuring teacher training and ongoing classroom support in schools. Support will also be provided to families and communities to ensure an enabling environment is being created to enhance the potential of children with functional limitations</p>

<p>&ldquo;Children living with disabilities face huge barriers in reaching their full potential and often experience the worst forms of discrimination,&rdquo; said Mr Hozumi. &ldquo;By ensuring that education is inclusive, we can help to ensure that these children are provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their full potential. Our vision is to build a world where every child can grow up healthy, protected from harm and educated, so they can reach their full potential. This partnership will help make this vision a reality.&rdquo;</p>

<p>&nbsp;Individuals interested in applying must have completed minimum of Bachelor&rsquo;s degree to be eligible. For the 2019 fellowship, Teach For Nepal is specifically interested in individuals who have performed well academically, demonstrated passion, commitment and leadership in their activities outside of the classroom, and who recognize the importance of working towards a goal this is bigger than them.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Teach For Nepal Fellowship is a salaried position, all fellows are engaged in full-time work, as teachers and community change-makers. <p>According to World Health Organisation&rsquo;s Regional Office for South-East Asia, ensuring all people everywhere have access to quality HIV testing and can know their status is critical to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS.</p>

<p>A statement issued by the regional office of WHO says that many people living with HIV (PLHIV) lack access to testing and hence do not know their HIV status.</p>

<p>This, according to WHO, inhibits access to treatment and enhances the likelihood of AIDS-related complications and death. WHO warned that it also allows the virus to spread.</p>

<p>&ldquo;In recent years member states have made strong progress in all aspects of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Between 2010 and 2017 AIDS-related deaths declined by 40 percent. Between 2000 and 2017 new infections were more than halved, from 318 000 to 157 000. Still, an estimated 3.5 million people region-wide currently live with the disease, with around 51 percent receiving Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) and an estimated 36 percent are completely unaware of their status. This must be remedied as a priority,&rdquo; the statement said.</p>

<p>WHO stressed the need of removing all structural barriers to access testing, including the need for parental consent for adolescents.</p>

<p>WHO&rsquo;s South-East Asia Region comprises the following 11 member states including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People&rsquo;s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor-Leste.</p>

<p>Keynote speaker of the event, British Ambassador to Nepal Richard Morris, emphasized the importance of creating a healthy ecosystem for entrepreneurs willing to take risks, and collaborate. He also underscored the importance of providing business development guidance and support for small and medium enterprises.</p>

<p>Ashutosh Tiwari of Safal Partners talked about Safal Seeds&rsquo; feature of bridging the gap between businesses and investors, in addition to providing administrative, communications, and legal support to SMEs, as these SMEs often lack institutional support.</p>

<p>&lsquo;Safal Seeds&rsquo; is a collaboration between Nepal Communitere, Antarprerana, a private company that supports entrepreneurs of Nepal through investment and mentorship, and Safal Partners, Nepal&rsquo;s first operational improvement-focused Investment Company. According to the companies, it is an initiation to nurture budding startups to create a pipeline for them to be ready for large-scale investments&mdash;both domestic and foreign.</p>

<p>Three registered companies namely 8byte Creative Studio, Around the Corner Restaurant and Orange Ball Pvt Ltd pitched for seed investments. Similarly, two teams comprisign of engineering students, NovaTech and Light Up presented their ideas.</p>

<p>I-Cube is a 2 year DFID/UKAID sponsored program representing three key pillars for the success of startups - to innovate, iterate and incubate the business. The incubation journey for the second cohort of I-Cube is already underway for up to eight companies.</p>

<p>Anup Kumar Shrestha, chairman of AuSB, shared that the revised set of Nepal Standards on Auditing (NSA) 2018 which will come into effect for auditing financial statements from July 17, 2019. During the programme, he explained about the major changes and revisions on audit reports, introduction of key audit matters (KAM), and auditors&rsquo; responsibilities.</p>

<p>The programme organised by Audit Standards Implementation Committee under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) aims to disseminate information regarding the new and revised reporting standards for enhancing the quality of audit and financial reports of the investors and other key stakeholders.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The standards were revised because they were already five years old,&rdquo; he said, adding, &ldquo;KAM NSA series is totally a new introduction to enhance the values and relevance of the audit reporting framework,&rdquo; said Shrestha.</p>

<p>During the programme, he also informed about two new volumes of the current NSA containing quality control and other standards for auditing.</p>

<p>Speaking at the programme, Krishna Prasad Acharya, vice chairman of ICAN, emphasized on making strong guidelines for boosting the professionalism of chartered accountants (CA) in the country. He underscored the need of proper guidelines and manuals to develop auditing standards and audit reporting framework.</p>

<p>ICAN&rsquo;s chairman Jagannath Upadhyay Niraula and CA Chandra Kanta Bhandari delivered key notes on the framework of auditing during the programme. Likewise, Dr Ashok Haldia from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other CAs also delivered remarkable speeches on the issues and challenges of auditing standards and audit reporting. Registered auditors, CA and representatives from different corporate houses and organisations also participated in the interaction programme.</p>

<p>Norwegian Ambassador to Nepal Lasse Bj&oslash;rn Johannessen and Tomoo Hozumi, UNICEF Representative to Nepal, signed the partnership agreement amid a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Wednesday, November 28.</p>

<p>According to the agreement, the embassy will be providing 25 million Norwegian Kroner (nearly US$3 million) to UNICEF over the next three years.</p>

<p>The partnership will support the collection of national-level data on difficulties faced by children in performing certain activities, reads a joint statement issued by the embassy and UNICEF. The data will help identify children with functional limitations and compare the levels of their participation within their education, social and family life. It will also help in measuring to what extent children are socially included; and will be used for monitoring the situation of children with disabilities and thus support local, state and federal tiers of government&rsquo;s planning for and implementation of inclusive education.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Improving data on disability and the services provided to children with functional limitations is an urgent priority in Nepal. Knowledge and awareness raised on the situation faced by children with functional limitations will allow us to take concrete actions to address them, improving access to education and leading to a stronger, more inclusive and prosperous Nepal,&rdquo; said Mr Johannessen</p>

<p>The Royal Norwegian Embassy-UNICEF partnership will be supporting UNICEF&rsquo;s work in promoting inclusive education for children with disabilities through a variety of ways, including: using early detection methods and screening of children with disabilities and functional limitations; by providing teaching and learning materials; by providing gender and disable-friendly toilets; and ensuring teacher training and ongoing classroom support in schools. Support will also be provided to families and communities to ensure an enabling environment is being created to enhance the potential of children with functional limitations</p>

<p>&ldquo;Children living with disabilities face huge barriers in reaching their full potential and often experience the worst forms of discrimination,&rdquo; said Mr Hozumi. &ldquo;By ensuring that education is inclusive, we can help to ensure that these children are provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their full potential. Our vision is to build a world where every child can grow up healthy, protected from harm and educated, so they can reach their full potential. This partnership will help make this vision a reality.&rdquo;</p>

<p>&ldquo;We need people at every level of the educational system: in the classroom, as school principals, as people running school systems, as civic leaders, as leaders running companies, and as our political leaders. <p>The minister also said that the project was handed over to the Nepalese Army through political decision although the involvement of the ministry was a must in the much-awaited road project.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The role of the ministry in the project is limited to transferring the money for the construction to the account of the Nepalese Army after receiving the funds from the finance ministry,&rdquo; he said.</p>

<p>Mahaseth also expressed his dissatisfaction over the fact that the ministry should also seek approval from the Nepalese Army to inspect the project.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The ministry should be allowed to inspect the project,&rdquo; Mahaseth said, adding that the Nepalese Army has started the construction works without preparing the detail project report (DPR).</p>

<p>Mahaseth further questioned on what basis was the tender approved for the construction of 30 bridges along the fast track.</p>

<p>According to World Health Organisation&rsquo;s Regional Office for South-East Asia, ensuring all people everywhere have access to quality HIV testing and can know their status is critical to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS.</p>

<p>A statement issued by the regional office of WHO says that many people living with HIV (PLHIV) lack access to testing and hence do not know their HIV status.</p>

<p>This, according to WHO, inhibits access to treatment and enhances the likelihood of AIDS-related complications and death. WHO warned that it also allows the virus to spread.</p>

<p>&ldquo;In recent years member states have made strong progress in all aspects of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Between 2010 and 2017 AIDS-related deaths declined by 40 percent. Between 2000 and 2017 new infections were more than halved, from 318 000 to 157 000. Still, an estimated 3.5 million people region-wide currently live with the disease, with around 51 percent receiving Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) and an estimated 36 percent are completely unaware of their status. This must be remedied as a priority,&rdquo; the statement said.</p>

<p>WHO stressed the need of removing all structural barriers to access testing, including the need for parental consent for adolescents.</p>

<p>WHO&rsquo;s South-East Asia Region comprises the following 11 member states including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People&rsquo;s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor-Leste.</p>

<p>The programme organised by Audit Standards Implementation Committee under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) aims to disseminate information regarding the new and revised reporting standards for enhancing the quality of audit and financial reports of the investors and other key stakeholders.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The standards were revised because they were already five years old,&rdquo; he said, adding, &ldquo;KAM NSA series is totally a new introduction to enhance the values and relevance of the audit reporting framework,&rdquo; said Shrestha.</p>

<p>During the programme, he also informed about two new volumes of the current NSA containing quality control and other standards for auditing.</p>

<p>Speaking at the programme, Krishna Prasad Acharya, vice chairman of ICAN, emphasized on making strong guidelines for boosting the professionalism of chartered accountants (CA) in the country. He underscored the need of proper guidelines and manuals to develop auditing standards and audit reporting framework.</p>

<p>ICAN&rsquo;s chairman Jagannath Upadhyay Niraula and CA Chandra Kanta Bhandari delivered key notes on the framework of auditing during the programme. Likewise, Dr Ashok Haldia from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other CAs also delivered remarkable speeches on the issues and challenges of auditing standards and audit reporting. Registered auditors, CA and representatives from different corporate houses and organisations also participated in the interaction programme.</p>

<p>Norwegian Ambassador to Nepal Lasse Bj&oslash;rn Johannessen and Tomoo Hozumi, UNICEF Representative to Nepal, signed the partnership agreement amid a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Wednesday, November 28.</p>

<p>According to the agreement, the embassy will be providing 25 million Norwegian Kroner (nearly US$3 million) to UNICEF over the next three years.</p>

<p>The partnership will support the collection of national-level data on difficulties faced by children in performing certain activities, reads a joint statement issued by the embassy and UNICEF. The data will help identify children with functional limitations and compare the levels of their participation within their education, social and family life. It will also help in measuring to what extent children are socially included; and will be used for monitoring the situation of children with disabilities and thus support local, state and federal tiers of government&rsquo;s planning for and implementation of inclusive education.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Improving data on disability and the services provided to children with functional limitations is an urgent priority in Nepal. Knowledge and awareness raised on the situation faced by children with functional limitations will allow us to take concrete actions to address them, improving access to education and leading to a stronger, more inclusive and prosperous Nepal,&rdquo; said Mr Johannessen</p>

<p>The Royal Norwegian Embassy-UNICEF partnership will be supporting UNICEF&rsquo;s work in promoting inclusive education for children with disabilities through a variety of ways, including: using early detection methods and screening of children with disabilities and functional limitations; by providing teaching and learning materials; by providing gender and disable-friendly toilets; and ensuring teacher training and ongoing classroom support in schools. Support will also be provided to families and communities to ensure an enabling environment is being created to enhance the potential of children with functional limitations</p>

<p>&ldquo;Children living with disabilities face huge barriers in reaching their full potential and often experience the worst forms of discrimination,&rdquo; said Mr Hozumi. &ldquo;By ensuring that education is inclusive, we can help to ensure that these children are provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their full potential. <p>According to World Health Organisation&rsquo;s Regional Office for South-East Asia, ensuring all people everywhere have access to quality HIV testing and can know their status is critical to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS.</p>

<p>A statement issued by the regional office of WHO says that many people living with HIV (PLHIV) lack access to testing and hence do not know their HIV status.</p>

<p>This, according to WHO, inhibits access to treatment and enhances the likelihood of AIDS-related complications and death. WHO warned that it also allows the virus to spread.</p>

<p>&ldquo;In recent years member states have made strong progress in all aspects of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Between 2010 and 2017 AIDS-related deaths declined by 40 percent. Between 2000 and 2017 new infections were more than halved, from 318 000 to 157 000. Still, an estimated 3.5 million people region-wide currently live with the disease, with around 51 percent receiving Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) and an estimated 36 percent are completely unaware of their status. This must be remedied as a priority,&rdquo; the statement said.</p>

<p>WHO stressed the need of removing all structural barriers to access testing, including the need for parental consent for adolescents.</p>

<p>WHO&rsquo;s South-East Asia Region comprises the following 11 member states including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People&rsquo;s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Timor-Leste.</p>

<p>&lsquo;Safal Seeds&rsquo; is a collaboration between Nepal Communitere, Antarprerana, a private company that supports entrepreneurs of Nepal through investment and mentorship, and Safal Partners, Nepal&rsquo;s first operational improvement-focused Investment Company. According to the companies, it is an initiation to nurture budding startups to create a pipeline for them to be ready for large-scale investments&mdash;both domestic and foreign.</p>

<p>Three registered companies namely 8byte Creative Studio, Around the Corner Restaurant and Orange Ball Pvt Ltd pitched for seed investments. Similarly, two teams comprisign of engineering students, NovaTech and Light Up presented their ideas.</p>

<p>Anup Kumar Shrestha, chairman of AuSB, shared that the revised set of Nepal Standards on Auditing (NSA) 2018 which will come into effect for auditing financial statements from July 17, 2019. During the programme, he explained about the major changes and revisions on audit reports, introduction of key audit matters (KAM), and auditors&rsquo; responsibilities.</p>

<p>The programme organised by Audit Standards Implementation Committee under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) aims to disseminate information regarding the new and revised reporting standards for enhancing the quality of audit and financial reports of the investors and other key stakeholders.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The standards were revised because they were already five years old,&rdquo; he said, adding, &ldquo;KAM NSA series is totally a new introduction to enhance the values and relevance of the audit reporting framework,&rdquo; said Shrestha.</p>

<p>During the programme, he also informed about two new volumes of the current NSA containing quality control and other standards for auditing.</p>

<p>Speaking at the programme, Krishna Prasad Acharya, vice chairman of ICAN, emphasized on making strong guidelines for boosting the professionalism of chartered accountants (CA) in the country. He underscored the need of proper guidelines and manuals to develop auditing standards and audit reporting framework.</p>

<p>ICAN&rsquo;s chairman Jagannath Upadhyay Niraula and CA Chandra Kanta Bhandari delivered key notes on the framework of auditing during the programme. Likewise, Dr Ashok Haldia from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other CAs also delivered remarkable speeches on the issues and challenges of auditing standards and audit reporting. Registered auditors, CA and representatives from different corporate houses and organisations also participated in the interaction programme.</p>

<p>Norwegian Ambassador to Nepal Lasse Bj&oslash;rn Johannessen and Tomoo Hozumi, UNICEF Representative to Nepal, signed the partnership agreement amid a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Wednesday, November 28.</p>

<p>According to the agreement, the embassy will be providing 25 million Norwegian Kroner (nearly US$3 million) to UNICEF over the next three years.</p>

<p>The partnership will support the collection of national-level data on difficulties faced by children in performing certain activities, reads a joint statement issued by the embassy and UNICEF. The data will help identify children with functional limitations and compare the levels of their participation within their education, social and family life. It will also help in measuring to what extent children are socially included; and will be used for monitoring the situation of children with disabilities and thus support local, state and federal tiers of government&rsquo;s planning for and implementation of inclusive education.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Improving data on disability and the services provided to children with functional limitations is an urgent priority in Nepal. Knowledge and awareness raised on the situation faced by children with functional limitations will allow us to take concrete actions to address them, improving access to education and leading to a stronger, more inclusive and prosperous Nepal,&rdquo; said Mr Johannessen</p>

<p>The Royal Norwegian Embassy-UNICEF partnership will be supporting UNICEF&rsquo;s work in promoting inclusive education for children with disabilities through a variety of ways, including: using early detection methods and screening of children with disabilities and functional limitations; by providing teaching and learning materials; by providing gender and disable-friendly toilets; and ensuring teacher training and ongoing classroom support in schools. Support will also be provided to families and communities to ensure an enabling environment is being created to enhance the potential of children with functional limitations</p>

<p>&ldquo;Children living with disabilities face huge barriers in reaching their full potential and often experience the worst forms of discrimination,&rdquo; said Mr Hozumi. &ldquo;By ensuring that education is inclusive, we can help to ensure that these children are provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their full potential. Our vision is to build a world where every child can grow up healthy, protected from harm and educated, so they can reach their full potential. This partnership will help make this vision a reality.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The program is designed to support the nation&rsquo;s brightest minds to address a growing problem of education inequity in Nepal, reads a statement issued by TFN. Each Teach For Nepal Fellow will receive a two-year long, full-time paid employment opportunity.</p>

<p>&ldquo;We need people at every level of the educational system: in the classroom, as school principals, as people running school systems, as civic leaders, as leaders running companies, and as our political leaders. We need them to understand the context of Nepal,&rdquo; says Shisir Khanal, CEO of Teach For Nepal. &ldquo;We believe that teaching for two years can truly be a path with no regrets, for it is a way to gain experiences on managing limited resources and exercise leadership and develop deep bond with others who share the same passion for the improvement of education in the country.&rdquo;</p>

<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;After 42 days full of pushing ourselves, information intake, reflections, building new bonds and understanding the cause of Teach For Nepal, we made it and came out stronger and more knowledgeable, explained Hom B Thapa, Teach For Nepal Alumnus who graduated with Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical) from IOE Pulchowk Campus, Nepal. &ldquo;By the end of the training, we had developed deep respect, love and understanding of each other and such is hard to find in the world.&rdquo;</p>

<p>&nbsp;Individuals interested in applying must have completed minimum of Bachelor&rsquo;s degree to be eligible. For the 2019 fellowship, Teach For Nepal is specifically interested in individuals who have performed well academically, demonstrated passion, commitment and leadership in their activities outside of the classroom, and who recognize the importance of working towards a goal this is bigger than them.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Teach For Nepal Fellowship is a salaried position, all fellows are engaged in full-time work, as teachers and community change-makers. Anyone interested can apply for the fellowship at <a href="http://www.teachfornepal.org/" target="_blank">www.teachfornepal.org</a>&nbsp;. The deadline to apply is December 10.</p>
