	The Belgian architect made such statement after observing the haphazard infrastructure development of the capital city.</p>
<p>
	He said that most of the buildings in Kathmandu are constructed unsystematically and the digging of land for the ongoing infrastructure development is also unscientific.</p>
<p>
	According to him, the current trend of unplanned building construction in the city can bring disaster in the capital in future.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Addressing an interaction titled &ldquo;Condition of Residential construction in Nepal and Western Countries&rdquo; organized in the capital recently, Bhaschrayuer said that people in Kathmandu are constructing new buildings by destroying the old historical monuments which is wrong. He identified it as a major damage of the history and suggested stopping it to preserve the old historical infrastructure. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Destroying historical monuments to build new structures will never bring development, it will cause damage to the history instead,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	He further said that people in Nepal are neglecting the possibility of future catastrophe and are thinking of instant benefits only. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Nepal is not a poor country. Though the country is weak economically, it is rich from heritage and cultural aspects. The country can utilize these historical monuments and culture for gaining economic prosperity,&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p>
	By appreciating Germany and Cuba for the way they have preserved their historical monuments and cultural heritage, he suggested Nepal also to implement similar strategies to preserve the centuries-old monuments in the country.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Unsystematic infrastructure development can cause damages to multiple factors which include land, air, open space, nature and heritage sites. The government in Nepal should be alert about the possible calamity and work for a planned city,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

	April 28: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is resuming its flights to Japan after twelve years. The national flag carrier of Nepal will resume direct flights to Osaka with its two Airbus A-330 wide-body aircraft.</p>

	NAC completed all the documentation procedures months ago but the flight resumption could not take place earlier due to delay in obtaining aircraft operating certificate (AOC) from Japan&rsquo;s Civil Aviation Bureau.</p>
<p>
	NAC is currently preparing to publish its flights schedule after Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) approved NAC to issue tickets for the flights on April 25.</p>
<p>
	Madan Kharel, deputy chairman of NAC, informed New Business Age that the national flag carrier will start operating its flight to Japan very shortly.</p>
<p>
	He also informed that NAC will operate three flights a week to Osaka from Kathmandu.</p>
<p>
	NAC has already received the AOC from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal for flight operation to Japan.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Kharel informed that NAC is also planning to start direct flights to Narita International Airport in Japan. We will conduct four flights a week to Japan, twice to Osaka and twice to Narita, Kharel added.</p>
<p>
	The wide-body aircraft of NAC will take around eight hours to fly to Osaka directly from Kathmandu. Previously, NAC used to have transit at Shanghai while flying to Japan. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Nawaraj Koirala, NAC assistant spokesperson, said that the one-way airfare for Kathmandu-Osaka flight is Rs 45,000 while the round-trip fare along the route will cost Rs 80,000.</p>

	The Belgian architect made such statement after observing the haphazard infrastructure development of the capital city.</p>

	He said that most of the buildings in Kathmandu are constructed unsystematically and the digging of land for the ongoing infrastructure development is also unscientific.</p>

	According to him, the current trend of unplanned building construction in the city can bring disaster in the capital in future.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Addressing an interaction titled &ldquo;Condition of Residential construction in Nepal and Western Countries&rdquo; organized in the capital recently, Bhaschrayuer said that people in Kathmandu are constructing new buildings by destroying the old historical monuments which is wrong. He identified it as a major damage of the history and suggested stopping it to preserve the old historical infrastructure. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Destroying historical monuments to build new structures will never bring development, it will cause damage to the history instead,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	He further said that people in Nepal are neglecting the possibility of future catastrophe and are thinking of instant benefits only. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Nepal is not a poor country. Though the country is weak economically, it is rich from heritage and cultural aspects. The country can utilize these historical monuments and culture for gaining economic prosperity,&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p>
	By appreciating Germany and Cuba for the way they have preserved their historical monuments and cultural heritage, he suggested Nepal also to implement similar strategies to preserve the centuries-old monuments in the country.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Unsystematic infrastructure development can cause damages to multiple factors which include land, air, open space, nature and heritage sites. The government in Nepal should be alert about the possible calamity and work for a planned city,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

	April 28: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is resuming its flights to Japan after twelve years. The national flag carrier of Nepal will resume direct flights to Osaka with its two Airbus A-330 wide-body aircraft.</p>

	NAC completed all the documentation procedures months ago but the flight resumption could not take place earlier due to delay in obtaining aircraft operating certificate (AOC) from Japan&rsquo;s Civil Aviation Bureau.</p>
<p>
	NAC is currently preparing to publish its flights schedule after Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) approved NAC to issue tickets for the flights on April 25.</p>
<p>
	Madan Kharel, deputy chairman of NAC, informed New Business Age that the national flag carrier will start operating its flight to Japan very shortly.</p>
<p>
	He also informed that NAC will operate three flights a week to Osaka from Kathmandu.</p>
<p>
	NAC has already received the AOC from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal for flight operation to Japan.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Kharel informed that NAC is also planning to start direct flights to Narita International Airport in Japan. We will conduct four flights a week to Japan, twice to Osaka and twice to Narita, Kharel added.</p>
<p>
	The wide-body aircraft of NAC will take around eight hours to fly to Osaka directly from Kathmandu. Previously, NAC used to have transit at Shanghai while flying to Japan. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Nawaraj Koirala, NAC assistant spokesperson, said that the one-way airfare for Kathmandu-Osaka flight is Rs 45,000 while the round-trip fare along the route will cost Rs 80,000.</p>

	Addressing an interaction titled &ldquo;Condition of Residential construction in Nepal and Western Countries&rdquo; organized in the capital recently, Bhaschrayuer said that people in Kathmandu are constructing new buildings by destroying the old historical monuments which is wrong. He identified it as a major damage of the history and suggested stopping it to preserve the old historical infrastructure. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Destroying historical monuments to build new structures will never bring development, it will cause damage to the history instead,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	He further said that people in Nepal are neglecting the possibility of future catastrophe and are thinking of instant benefits only. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Nepal is not a poor country. Though the country is weak economically, it is rich from heritage and cultural aspects. The country can utilize these historical monuments and culture for gaining economic prosperity,&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p>
	By appreciating Germany and Cuba for the way they have preserved their historical monuments and cultural heritage, he suggested Nepal also to implement similar strategies to preserve the centuries-old monuments in the country.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Unsystematic infrastructure development can cause damages to multiple factors which include land, air, open space, nature and heritage sites. The government in Nepal should be alert about the possible calamity and work for a planned city,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

	April 28: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is resuming its flights to Japan after twelve years. The national flag carrier of Nepal will resume direct flights to Osaka with its two Airbus A-330 wide-body aircraft.</p>

	NAC completed all the documentation procedures months ago but the flight resumption could not take place earlier due to delay in obtaining aircraft operating certificate (AOC) from Japan&rsquo;s Civil Aviation Bureau.</p>
<p>
	NAC is currently preparing to publish its flights schedule after Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) approved NAC to issue tickets for the flights on April 25.</p>
<p>
	Madan Kharel, deputy chairman of NAC, informed New Business Age that the national flag carrier will start operating its flight to Japan very shortly.</p>
<p>
	He also informed that NAC will operate three flights a week to Osaka from Kathmandu.</p>
<p>
	NAC has already received the AOC from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal for flight operation to Japan.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Kharel informed that NAC is also planning to start direct flights to Narita International Airport in Japan. We will conduct four flights a week to Japan, twice to Osaka and twice to Narita, Kharel added.</p>
<p>
	The wide-body aircraft of NAC will take around eight hours to fly to Osaka directly from Kathmandu. Previously, NAC used to have transit at Shanghai while flying to Japan. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Nawaraj Koirala, NAC assistant spokesperson, said that the one-way airfare for Kathmandu-Osaka flight is Rs 45,000 while the round-trip fare along the route will cost Rs 80,000.</p>

	Addressing an interaction titled &ldquo;Condition of Residential construction in Nepal and Western Countries&rdquo; organized in the capital recently, Bhaschrayuer said that people in Kathmandu are constructing new buildings by destroying the old historical monuments which is wrong. He identified it as a major damage of the history and suggested stopping it to preserve the old historical infrastructure. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

	&ldquo;Destroying historical monuments to build new structures will never bring development, it will cause damage to the history instead,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;</p>

	He further said that people in Nepal are neglecting the possibility of future catastrophe and are thinking of instant benefits only. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Nepal is not a poor country. Though the country is weak economically, it is rich from heritage and cultural aspects. The country can utilize these historical monuments and culture for gaining economic prosperity,&rdquo; he said.</p>
<p>
	By appreciating Germany and Cuba for the way they have preserved their historical monuments and cultural heritage, he suggested Nepal also to implement similar strategies to preserve the centuries-old monuments in the country.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Unsystematic infrastructure development can cause damages to multiple factors which include land, air, open space, nature and heritage sites. The government in Nepal should be alert about the possible calamity and work for a planned city,&rdquo; he added.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

	&ldquo;Like every year, the sole purpose of this event was to raise awareness about the importance of preservation of our heritage sites among the local communities,&rdquo; the statement said.</p>

	According to the bank,&nbsp; the Heritage Walk commenced from the bank&rsquo;s Sitapaila branch and concluded at Swoyambhu temple, following which a clean-up program and photo exhibition was held. The exhibition featured fifteen best photographs of heritage sites selected from submissions by NMB Bank staff from all over Nepal. The bank also handed over 16 dustbins to representatives of Swoyambhu Management and Conservation Committee.</p>

	The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies has decided to give continuity to the decision taken by the council of ministers on September 18, 2018 to impose a restriction on import of sugar until mid-July this year.</p>
<p>
	The government had decided to limit the import of sugar to 100,000 metric tons a year upon the request of sugar producers of Nepal.</p>
<p>
	The country has not imported sugar since September since more than 100,000 metric tons of sugar was already imported before the decision was taken.</p>

	April 29: Ncell has re-launched its campaign &lsquo;Call Aayo Paisa Payo&rsquo; this year too, as a part of its customer loyalty programme. Under this campaign, customers upon receiving international calls from any country across the globe for two minutes or more will get Rs 2 bonus for every minute of call.</p>
<p>
	According to the company, the scheme comes into effect form Monday (April 29) and will remain in place for a period of three months.</p>
<p>
	&ldquo;Ncell customer receiving international calls from their family members and friends will receive bonus of Rs 2 for every minute until 10 minutes after the completion of first two minutes of call. This means customers get a total of Rs 18 bonus,&rdquo; reads a statement issued by the company.</p>
<p>
	Bonus received by customers will be valid for seven days and can be used to make calls and send SMS to other Ncell numbers only, and also to surf internet.</p>
<p>
	All pre-paid and post-paid customers of Ncell can activate the service for free by dialing 17126 and following instruction to enjoy the benefits. Similarly, customers can send SMS to 17126 by typing &lsquo;A&rsquo; to activate the service.</p>
<p>
	Besides, customers who receive international calls and fulfill certain criteria will be able to win Samsung Galaxy A20 smartphone every week. During the campaign period, Ncell will hand over 10 smartphones ie one each to 10 customers every week. Winners will be selected based on amount of bonus rewarded, frequency of international calls received and average call duration.</p>

	Similarly, the customers in India will be charged Rs 30 per minute while making call to India and while making call to Nepal. Similarly, the customers will be charged Rs 14 per minute while receiving calls from Nepal.</p>
<p>
	Meanwhile, the customers will be charged Rs 397 per minute while making calls to countries other than India and China. And, the customers in China will be charged Rs 54 while sending text messages to Nepal. Similarly, the company will charge Rs 24 when the customers send text messages to Nepal from India.</p>

	April 28: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is resuming its flights to Japan after twelve years. The national flag carrier of Nepal will resume direct flights to Osaka with its two Airbus A-330 wide-body aircraft.</p>
<p>
	NAC completed all the documentation procedures months ago but the flight resumption could not take place earlier due to delay in obtaining aircraft operating certificate (AOC) from Japan&rsquo;s Civil Aviation Bureau.</p>
<p>
	NAC is currently preparing to publish its flights schedule after Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) approved NAC to issue tickets for the flights on April 25.</p>
<p>
	Madan Kharel, deputy chairman of NAC, informed New Business Age that the national flag carrier will start operating its flight to Japan very shortly.</p>
<p>
	He also informed that NAC will operate three flights a week to Osaka from Kathmandu.</p>
<p>
	NAC has already received the AOC from Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal for flight operation to Japan.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Kharel informed that NAC is also planning to start direct flights to Narita International Airport in Japan. We will conduct four flights a week to Japan, twice to Osaka and twice to Narita, Kharel added.</p>
<p>
	The wide-body aircraft of NAC will take around eight hours to fly to Osaka directly from Kathmandu. Previously, NAC used to have transit at Shanghai while flying to Japan. &nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Nawaraj Koirala, NAC assistant spokesperson, said that the one-way airfare for Kathmandu-Osaka flight is Rs 45,000 while the round-trip fare along the route will cost Rs 80,000.</p>
