	Russia has officially joined the APEC Business Travel Card scheme, allowing a greater number of business people to travel faster and more easily within the Asia-Pacific region. As a fully participating member, Russia will now permit ABTC card-holders from other APEC economies to enter its borders without a visa. Russian citizens are also eligible to apply for the card to enjoy facilitated entry into 18 other participating APEC economies without having to separately apply for visas. The move is in accordance with a decree made by President Vladimir Putin last year when Russia hosted APEC. It announced Russia’s intention to join as a full participant in the ABTC scheme. 	The government is considering to write off the loans advanced to Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). Shankar Prasad Koirala, Finance Minister said that the ministry is discussing over the agenda. At present, the NOC’s total debt to the government and financial institutions is around Rs 28.50 billion, out of which Rs 12.64 billion is borrowed from the government to finance petroleum imports. Proposal to write off Rs 12.64 billion was sent to the Finance Ministry two weeks ago. NOC will be the second public enterprise since last year to enjoy the government largesse, if the proposal gets approved. The government had written off Nepal Electricity Authority’s loan worth Rs 27.53 billion in January 2012.<br />

	Established in the late 1960s with unique round cottages set amidst a lush garden, the Fish Tail Lodge is one of the pioneers in the hotel industry of Pokhara. 	The government is considering to write off the loans advanced to Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). Shankar Prasad Koirala, Finance Minister said that the ministry is discussing over the agenda. At present, the NOC’s total debt to the government and financial institutions is around Rs 28.50 billion, out of which Rs 12.64 billion is borrowed from the government to finance petroleum imports. Proposal to write off Rs 12.64 billion was sent to the Finance Ministry two weeks ago. NOC will be the second public enterprise since last year to enjoy the government largesse, if the proposal gets approved. The government had written off Nepal Electricity Authority’s loan worth Rs 27.53 billion in January 2012.<br />

	The government is considering to write off the loans advanced to Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). Shankar Prasad Koirala, Finance Minister said that the ministry is discussing over the agenda. At present, the NOC’s total debt to the government and financial institutions is around Rs 28.50 billion, out of which Rs 12.64 billion is borrowed from the government to finance petroleum imports. Proposal to write off Rs 12.64 billion was sent to the Finance Ministry two weeks ago. NOC will be the second public enterprise since last year to enjoy the government largesse, if the proposal gets approved. The government had written off Nepal Electricity Authority’s loan worth Rs 27.53 billion in January 2012.<br />

With three classes of seating over two decks of the luxurious wide-body aircraft, the A380-800 is the largest passenger jet in the world made using the latest materials and construction techniques to provide a superior traveller experience and fuel efficiency. 	The government is considering to write off the loans advanced to Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). Shankar Prasad Koirala, Finance Minister said that the ministry is discussing over the agenda. At present, the NOC’s total debt to the government and financial institutions is around Rs 28.50 billion, out of which Rs 12.64 billion is borrowed from the government to finance petroleum imports. Proposal to write off Rs 12.64 billion was sent to the Finance Ministry two weeks ago. NOC will be the second public enterprise since last year to enjoy the government largesse, if the proposal gets approved. The government had written off Nepal Electricity Authority’s loan worth Rs 27.53 billion in January 2012.<br />

	President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is flying abroad for the treatment. He was diagnosed with some scars in his large intestine on June 15. According to his press advisor Rajendra Dahal, Yadav is a long-time gastrointestinal patient and he was diagnosed with some problems in his intestine during his regular check-ups.
