May be I might also be to blame for this but the delay in the reconstruction campaign in the pretext of other obstacles and impediments would not be tolerated. I am ready to do everything on behalf the Council of Ministers or parliament for that cause," he said.</p> <p>PM Oli stated that any employee making delay in works under any pretext from now on would be transferred and replaced by the one who works.
