He has also informed that the ministry is engaged in discussions with stakeholders to implement the ban . &quot;The program will be implemented in co-ordination and co-operation of different bodies of the government&quot;, he added.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the design, there will be 12 entrances to reach the statue from the circle surrounding it. According to Sachin Maharjan, Designer of the Associates, the park will also have water fountain in its centre. It will prevent the visitors from getting disturbed from the noisy roads and enjoy the fascinating natural environment.</p>

They expressed such opinion in the meeting organised by Securities Board of Nepal in a bid to collect suggestions on the program &lsquo;Policies and Programs for Capital Market Expansion and Development in FY 2073/74&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Stakeholders&rsquo; such opinion in the program created argument between SEBON and Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, Aatma Ram Ghimire, Chairman of Nepal Investors&rsquo; Forum stated that there is no meaning of conducting a meeting if investors&rsquo; complaints are not heard. &ldquo;Earlier also, we have given many suggestions. However, none of them has been implemented,&rdquo; he complained. Ghimire suggested SEBON and NEPSE to mutually work for the common interest of share investors regarding identity card, easy information and promotion of D-mat account and automated trading system (online trading software).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Additionally, he suggested both regulators to end blaming game on insider trading case and take required steps ASAP as it is already too late. He further said &ldquo;Board members of the companies are themselves involved in share trading in the name of relatives and confidants. SEBON should end the practice through conducting investigation and taking proper action against them.&rdquo; In the meeting, most of the speakers suggested SEBON to create proper environment to facilitate non residence Nepalis to invest in the stock market.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, Krishna Raj Lamichanne, Chairman of Development Bankers&rsquo; Association suggested to end long share trading closure of any company under going merger process.&nbsp; &ldquo;Share trading need not to be halted after the final evaluation of total assets and liabilities of the companies are done,&rdquo; he said. Similarly, he added &ldquo;Share investors&rsquo; money invested in initial public offering (IPO) should be returned to all types of BFIs accounts. Share investors who do not have access to commercial banks will suffer when the money is returned to commercial banks only.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, representatives of Nepal Microfinance Bankers&rsquo; Association demanded of allowing microfinance development banks to invest in the IPOs of other companies. They demanded separate allocation of IPO shares for microfinance banks as well as of mutual funds. Furthermore, they demanded reduction of commission for small companies while issuing IPOs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, officials of NEPSE informed of difficulty in operating daily task due to the shortage of employees. Reacting to the statement, SEBON addressed that human resource management is the primary responsibility of NEPSE thus failure to conduct the tasks due to any reason is not acceptable.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Though the DDA had announced deadlines to implement the GMP model in the past, not all industries were able to follow the drug market regulator&rsquo;s decision. &ldquo;The entire industry will come under GMP model this time,&rdquo; he said. The exercise to implement the GMP model in Nepal started in 2008.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, currently 36 pharmaceuticals and one ayurvedic medicine manufacturer are following the model. &ldquo;Around 44 industries have received the GMP certificate,&rdquo; claimed Khakurel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">There are 50 allopathic pharmaceutical industries operating in Nepal at present. Khakurel informs that the remaining companies have also submitted application for GMP certificates. &ldquo;Due to the lack of infrastructure, it was not being possible for the government to bring all the pharmaceutical industry under GMP in past,&rdquo; he said. However, the department claims that now the industries are capable to follow the practice.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, pharmaceuticals companies are required to follow GMP practices as a new directive based on the pharmaceutical production has already been issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the company, SUDH TV lineup comes with&nbsp;a quantum leap in TV picture quality with &lsquo;HDR 1,000&rsquo; technology which expresses HDR with a peak brightness of 1,000 nit. &ldquo;Samsung has improved its color mapping algorithm and color accuracy by 25 percent for the new SUHD TV models,&rdquo; informs the company in a press statement.&nbsp;As per the statement, the new SUHD TVs can recreate brighter colors with lower energy consumption than first generation SUHD TVs along with the Ultra black panel and Samsung&rsquo;s Smart Hub features powered by the Tizen OS.</p>

With the due amount paid by UTL, the board meeting of the Authority on July 10 decided to provide the license. &ldquo;As the decision was done earlier, the meeting gives principle agreement to the management of the Authority to issue the license,&rdquo; informed one of the board members of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">With the license, UTL can operate GSM mobile services along with all telecommunications services. The company had Rs 50.52 million in due amount which had blocked the company from receiving the license. UTL paid the due amount of royalty, rural telecommunications development fund (RTDF) and frequency few weeks ago. &ldquo;As the company has cleared the due payment, the process to provide unified license is underway,&rdquo; said Min Prasad Pokhrel, Spokesperson of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the NTA, UTL paid Rs 30.71 million as frequency charge, Rs 90 million as royalty, Rs 90 million as fine for RTDF.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, UTL is providing telephone services based on &lsquo;limited mobility service&rsquo; (LMS) in 40 districts. Similarly, the company received approval for &lsquo;rollout plan&rsquo; on mid-August from the board meeting of NTA. As per the approved plan, the company needs to expand its GSM network across 42 districts within the first one year.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

However, none of them has been implemented,&rdquo; he complained. Ghimire suggested SEBON and NEPSE to mutually work for the common interest of share investors regarding identity card, easy information and promotion of D-mat account and automated trading system (online trading software).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Additionally, he suggested both regulators to end blaming game on insider trading case and take required steps ASAP as it is already too late. He further said &ldquo;Board members of the companies are themselves involved in share trading in the name of relatives and confidants. SEBON should end the practice through conducting investigation and taking proper action against them.&rdquo; In the meeting, most of the speakers suggested SEBON to create proper environment to facilitate non residence Nepalis to invest in the stock market.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, Krishna Raj Lamichanne, Chairman of Development Bankers&rsquo; Association suggested to end long share trading closure of any company under going merger process.&nbsp; &ldquo;Share trading need not to be halted after the final evaluation of total assets and liabilities of the companies are done,&rdquo; he said. Similarly, he added &ldquo;Share investors&rsquo; money invested in initial public offering (IPO) should be returned to all types of BFIs accounts. Share investors who do not have access to commercial banks will suffer when the money is returned to commercial banks only.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, representatives of Nepal Microfinance Bankers&rsquo; Association demanded of allowing microfinance development banks to invest in the IPOs of other companies. They demanded separate allocation of IPO shares for microfinance banks as well as of mutual funds. Furthermore, they demanded reduction of commission for small companies while issuing IPOs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, officials of NEPSE informed of difficulty in operating daily task due to the shortage of employees. Reacting to the statement, SEBON addressed that human resource management is the primary responsibility of NEPSE thus failure to conduct the tasks due to any reason is not acceptable.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, currently 36 pharmaceuticals and one ayurvedic medicine manufacturer are following the model. &ldquo;Around 44 industries have received the GMP certificate,&rdquo; claimed Khakurel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">There are 50 allopathic pharmaceutical industries operating in Nepal at present. Khakurel informs that the remaining companies have also submitted application for GMP certificates. &ldquo;Due to the lack of infrastructure, it was not being possible for the government to bring all the pharmaceutical industry under GMP in past,&rdquo; he said. However, the department claims that now the industries are capable to follow the practice.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, pharmaceuticals companies are required to follow GMP practices as a new directive based on the pharmaceutical production has already been issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the company, SUDH TV lineup comes with&nbsp;a quantum leap in TV picture quality with &lsquo;HDR 1,000&rsquo; technology which expresses HDR with a peak brightness of 1,000 nit. &ldquo;Samsung has improved its color mapping algorithm and color accuracy by 25 percent for the new SUHD TV models,&rdquo; informs the company in a press statement.&nbsp;As per the statement, the new SUHD TVs can recreate brighter colors with lower energy consumption than first generation SUHD TVs along with the Ultra black panel and Samsung&rsquo;s Smart Hub features powered by the Tizen OS.</p>

<p>The company claims that SUHD TVs have 360&deg;&nbsp;degree designs that are perfect in any angle. &ldquo;We aimed to increase convenience for our consumers and developed the single remote that can easily control the surrounding devices while improving the design to that effect,&rdquo; said Yubeom Won, Vice President, Samsung India Electronics Limited.</p>

<p>The latest offering from Samsung are available in UA55KS9000 and UA65KS9000 models. Pre booking period for these products is from 12 July &ndash; 12 August 2016. With the due amount paid by UTL, the board meeting of the Authority on July 10 decided to provide the license. &ldquo;As the decision was done earlier, the meeting gives principle agreement to the management of the Authority to issue the license,&rdquo; informed one of the board members of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">With the license, UTL can operate GSM mobile services along with all telecommunications services. The company had Rs 50.52 million in due amount which had blocked the company from receiving the license. UTL paid the due amount of royalty, rural telecommunications development fund (RTDF) and frequency few weeks ago. &ldquo;As the company has cleared the due payment, the process to provide unified license is underway,&rdquo; said Min Prasad Pokhrel, Spokesperson of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the NTA, UTL paid Rs 30.71 million as frequency charge, Rs 90 million as royalty, Rs 90 million as fine for RTDF.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, UTL is providing telephone services based on &lsquo;limited mobility service&rsquo; (LMS) in 40 districts. Similarly, the company received approval for &lsquo;rollout plan&rsquo; on mid-August from the board meeting of NTA. As per the approved plan, the company needs to expand its GSM network across 42 districts within the first one year.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

They expressed such opinion in the meeting organised by Securities Board of Nepal in a bid to collect suggestions on the program &lsquo;Policies and Programs for Capital Market Expansion and Development in FY 2073/74&rsquo;.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Stakeholders&rsquo; such opinion in the program created argument between SEBON and Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, Aatma Ram Ghimire, Chairman of Nepal Investors&rsquo; Forum stated that there is no meaning of conducting a meeting if investors&rsquo; complaints are not heard. &ldquo;Earlier also, we have given many suggestions. However, none of them has been implemented,&rdquo; he complained. Ghimire suggested SEBON and NEPSE to mutually work for the common interest of share investors regarding identity card, easy information and promotion of D-mat account and automated trading system (online trading software).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Additionally, he suggested both regulators to end blaming game on insider trading case and take required steps ASAP as it is already too late. He further said &ldquo;Board members of the companies are themselves involved in share trading in the name of relatives and confidants. SEBON should end the practice through conducting investigation and taking proper action against them.&rdquo; In the meeting, most of the speakers suggested SEBON to create proper environment to facilitate non residence Nepalis to invest in the stock market.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, Krishna Raj Lamichanne, Chairman of Development Bankers&rsquo; Association suggested to end long share trading closure of any company under going merger process.&nbsp; &ldquo;Share trading need not to be halted after the final evaluation of total assets and liabilities of the companies are done,&rdquo; he said. Similarly, he added &ldquo;Share investors&rsquo; money invested in initial public offering (IPO) should be returned to all types of BFIs accounts. Share investors who do not have access to commercial banks will suffer when the money is returned to commercial banks only.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, representatives of Nepal Microfinance Bankers&rsquo; Association demanded of allowing microfinance development banks to invest in the IPOs of other companies. They demanded separate allocation of IPO shares for microfinance banks as well as of mutual funds. Furthermore, they demanded reduction of commission for small companies while issuing IPOs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, officials of NEPSE informed of difficulty in operating daily task due to the shortage of employees. Reacting to the statement, SEBON addressed that human resource management is the primary responsibility of NEPSE thus failure to conduct the tasks due to any reason is not acceptable.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Though the DDA had announced deadlines to implement the GMP model in the past, not all industries were able to follow the drug market regulator&rsquo;s decision. &ldquo;The entire industry will come under GMP model this time,&rdquo; he said. The exercise to implement the GMP model in Nepal started in 2008.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, currently 36 pharmaceuticals and one ayurvedic medicine manufacturer are following the model. &ldquo;Around 44 industries have received the GMP certificate,&rdquo; claimed Khakurel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">There are 50 allopathic pharmaceutical industries operating in Nepal at present. Khakurel informs that the remaining companies have also submitted application for GMP certificates. &ldquo;Due to the lack of infrastructure, it was not being possible for the government to bring all the pharmaceutical industry under GMP in past,&rdquo; he said. However, the department claims that now the industries are capable to follow the practice.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, pharmaceuticals companies are required to follow GMP practices as a new directive based on the pharmaceutical production has already been issued.&nbsp;</p>

With the due amount paid by UTL, the board meeting of the Authority on July 10 decided to provide the license. &ldquo;As the decision was done earlier, the meeting gives principle agreement to the management of the Authority to issue the license,&rdquo; informed one of the board members of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">With the license, UTL can operate GSM mobile services along with all telecommunications services. The company had Rs 50.52 million in due amount which had blocked the company from receiving the license. UTL paid the due amount of royalty, rural telecommunications development fund (RTDF) and frequency few weeks ago. &ldquo;As the company has cleared the due payment, the process to provide unified license is underway,&rdquo; said Min Prasad Pokhrel, Spokesperson of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the NTA, UTL paid Rs 30.71 million as frequency charge, Rs 90 million as royalty, Rs 90 million as fine for RTDF.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, UTL is providing telephone services based on &lsquo;limited mobility service&rsquo; (LMS) in 40 districts. Similarly, the company received approval for &lsquo;rollout plan&rsquo; on mid-August from the board meeting of NTA. As per the approved plan, the company needs to expand its GSM network across 42 districts within the first one year.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

Ghimire suggested SEBON and NEPSE to mutually work for the common interest of share investors regarding identity card, easy information and promotion of D-mat account and automated trading system (online trading software).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Additionally, he suggested both regulators to end blaming game on insider trading case and take required steps ASAP as it is already too late. He further said &ldquo;Board members of the companies are themselves involved in share trading in the name of relatives and confidants. SEBON should end the practice through conducting investigation and taking proper action against them.&rdquo; In the meeting, most of the speakers suggested SEBON to create proper environment to facilitate non residence Nepalis to invest in the stock market.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, Krishna Raj Lamichanne, Chairman of Development Bankers&rsquo; Association suggested to end long share trading closure of any company under going merger process.&nbsp; &ldquo;Share trading need not to be halted after the final evaluation of total assets and liabilities of the companies are done,&rdquo; he said. Similarly, he added &ldquo;Share investors&rsquo; money invested in initial public offering (IPO) should be returned to all types of BFIs accounts. Share investors who do not have access to commercial banks will suffer when the money is returned to commercial banks only.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, representatives of Nepal Microfinance Bankers&rsquo; Association demanded of allowing microfinance development banks to invest in the IPOs of other companies. They demanded separate allocation of IPO shares for microfinance banks as well as of mutual funds. Furthermore, they demanded reduction of commission for small companies while issuing IPOs.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">In the program, officials of NEPSE informed of difficulty in operating daily task due to the shortage of employees. Reacting to the statement, SEBON addressed that human resource management is the primary responsibility of NEPSE thus failure to conduct the tasks due to any reason is not acceptable.</p>

The exercise to implement the GMP model in Nepal started in 2008.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, currently 36 pharmaceuticals and one ayurvedic medicine manufacturer are following the model. &ldquo;Around 44 industries have received the GMP certificate,&rdquo; claimed Khakurel.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">There are 50 allopathic pharmaceutical industries operating in Nepal at present. Khakurel informs that the remaining companies have also submitted application for GMP certificates. &ldquo;Due to the lack of infrastructure, it was not being possible for the government to bring all the pharmaceutical industry under GMP in past,&rdquo; he said. However, the department claims that now the industries are capable to follow the practice.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to DDA, pharmaceuticals companies are required to follow GMP practices as a new directive based on the pharmaceutical production has already been issued.&nbsp;</p>

With the due amount paid by UTL, the board meeting of the Authority on July 10 decided to provide the license. &ldquo;As the decision was done earlier, the meeting gives principle agreement to the management of the Authority to issue the license,&rdquo; informed one of the board members of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">With the license, UTL can operate GSM mobile services along with all telecommunications services. The company had Rs 50.52 million in due amount which had blocked the company from receiving the license. UTL paid the due amount of royalty, rural telecommunications development fund (RTDF) and frequency few weeks ago. &ldquo;As the company has cleared the due payment, the process to provide unified license is underway,&rdquo; said Min Prasad Pokhrel, Spokesperson of NTA.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the NTA, UTL paid Rs 30.71 million as frequency charge, Rs 90 million as royalty, Rs 90 million as fine for RTDF.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, UTL is providing telephone services based on &lsquo;limited mobility service&rsquo; (LMS) in 40 districts. Similarly, the company received approval for &lsquo;rollout plan&rsquo; on mid-August from the board meeting of NTA. As per the approved plan, the company needs to expand its GSM network across 42 districts within the first one year.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
