Speaking in the meeting held in Chandragiri hill, FNCCI President Pashupati Murarka expressed his sadness towards misbehaves from the authorities to the entrepreneurs. &nbsp;He said &ldquo;Government is carrying out various demeaning activities towards the entrepreneurs in the name of market monitoring. As the economy has adopted the open market system, market monitoring and inspection should be made systematic. Such mechanism should be prepared with the participation of private sector to make scientific and transparent monitoring system.</p>

Various divisions of the projects are also being tested since the last week. According to Adhikari, the trial production from the 11KV transmission line of project site of Bhulbhule, to Madhya Marsyangdi 11KV transmission line was examined simultaneously. &nbsp;&ldquo;Presently, we have finished assessment of tunnel, power house and damn,&rdquo; informed Adhikari.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Adhikari informed that the charge check was also done on the presence of the NEA technicians. He said, &ldquo;Production of electricity shall be started from this week given that NEA grants permission.&rdquo; &ldquo;Both turbines installed in the project has been examined. Once the commercial production of electricity starts, actual figure of electricity produced from each turbine can be known.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
According to the project, both turbine has the capacity of 25/25MW. If the schedule does not alter then the formal inauguration of the project will be held on September 26. Earlier, the project was scheduled to complete on April-May of the last FY. However, due to the last year earthquake and border blockade, the project got delay by six months. The project had aimed to produce electricity from October this year.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
The project is a joint venture project of Sinohydro of China and Sagarmatha Power of Nepal. Based on the current state, the project will start electricity production on the targeted schedule. Sinohydro and Sagarmatha Power Company has done 90 percent and 10 percent of investment respectively on the project.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Stakeholders believe that the power cut will decrease to some extent with the completion of the project. The project is constructed on &lsquo;run of the river&rsquo; technology. Initially, prediction of Rs 12 billion investment was made. However, due to the border blockade and various protests, its investment amount has swelled by Rs two billion costing to Rs 12 billion. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Siddhakali Power, the developer of the project will be investing 10 percent of total Rs 14 billion investments. Similarly, the company will be raising 10 percent of investment from share issuance to local of affected areas. Likewise, the company had planned to raise remaining 80 percent through issuing right shares of Api Hydro power. However, the board has recommended raising capital through initial public offering (IPO) as well. &ldquo;Thus, the company is preparing to raise the capital through 15 percent IPO and 65 percent through right shares of Api Hydropower,&rdquo; informed Neupane. He believed to raise nearly Rs 2 billion through the right shares.&nbsp;</p>

The company amid a program held in the capital on September 12, Monday unveiled Oppo F1s &lsquo;Selfie Expert&rsquo;, Neo7 and A37. Priced at Rs 32,390, F1s comes with a 16MP front camera and a 13MP rear snapper. Acording to the Chinese handset major which became the world&rsquo;s 4<sup>th</sup> largest smartphone brand in the second quarter of 2016 as per the IDC report, F1s is revolutionizing &lsquo;selfie&rsquo; experience with a powerful front camera, a sophisticated beautification feature and an industry leading 0.22s fingerprint reader. The Aluminum alloy-clad smartphone sports a 5.5-inch screen, an Octa-core processor and has 3 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, and 3,075mAh battery.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The F1s uses a 16 MP front camera with a 1/3.1-inch sensor, providing high dynamic range and minimizing noise, so that pictures come out with a vivid depth and detail,&rdquo; informs the company in a press statement. &nbsp;</p>

<p>According to Oppo, F1s is a personalized selfie expert of the users with the latest beautification feature - Beautify 4.0. &ldquo;The current version of Beautify 4.0 has been upgraded based on the study of hundreds of user scenarios. With seven beautify levels, adjustable skin tone mode and upgraded photo-processing algorithms; Beautify 4.0 is optimized to capture selfies with bright, clear skin, vivid eyes and striking features,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p>Similarly, the handset also features front-facing fingerprint recognition enabling users to unlock their phones in only 0.22 seconds. Users can also assign up to five different fingerprints to different apps and contact after which they can launch an app or start a phone call with a single touch of the home button. &ldquo;The fingerprint recognition system also evolves over time; gradually refining its image of the user&rsquo;s fingerprint and making for an increasingly efficient and smooth unlock process,&rdquo; says the company. F1s comes with a triple-slot card tray which can be used for two Nano 4G SIM cards and an SD card to expand the storage space by up to 128 GB. The launch event also saw Oppo associating with Nepali superstars &ndash; Reecha Sharma and Karma Shakya who shared their F1s selfie experience to the audience.</p>

<p>Likewise, the dual-SIM Neo 7 comes with a MediaTek&nbsp;<em>MT6582</em> Quad-core 1.3GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM expandable up to 32GB and a 2,420mAh Li-po battery. The device sports 5-inch IPS display with 960*540 pixels and 220 PPI. Weighing 141grams,&nbsp; Neo 7 uses Opp&rsquo;s in-house ColorOS 2.1, based on Android 5.1. Equipped with the Pure Image 2.0+ imaging platform, the new device contains a wide range of plug-ins for customized camera functionality. It has an 8-megapixel camera with a photo sensitive area of up to 1/4 inch, a wide f/2.0 aperture, and lets you take stunning images in all conditions.</p>

<p>Similarly, A37 comes with ColorOS 3.0 and has a 5MP front camera with a 1/4-inch sensor. It uses the Beautify 4.0 technology which supports seven different beautification levels. The A37 sports an 8 MP rear camera with a 1/3.2-inch back-illuminated sensor. It sports a 5-inch display covered with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and has a 2GB RAM and a quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon processor.</p>

According to the DoI, 38 industries including one big industry, five middle scales along with 32 small scale industries have been registered till August 31 under FDI. In the previous year, such registered industries were 341. &nbsp;A total of Rs 1.36 billion worth of FDI has been committed this FY under which Rs 370.78 million is current capital and Rs 1.12 billion is fixed capital. Among the investment, Rs 1.7 billion FDI is committed from China and the rest is of domestic investment.</p>

China has committed the highest amount of FDI in the country. 44 out of the total 68 registered industries are from China. &nbsp;China has committed to invest Rs 1.13 billion FDI including Rs 297.3 million on current capital and Rs 834.1 million on fixed capital.</p>

Similarly, India is the second highest FDI commitment holder. India has committed to invest in seven industries so far. &nbsp;The industries has provided the FDI &nbsp;commitment of Rs 40.9 million as current capital and Rs 128.5 million fixed capital with total amount of Rs 169.5 million. In the total amount, Rs 110.70 million is from India and the rest is domestic investment.</p>

Likewise, America, Japan, Britain, Germany, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland and Netherland are some countries that have committed for FDI. &nbsp;</p>

According to Neupane, government is preparing required legal mechanism to ease FDI. &ldquo;The necessary suggestion on the drafts of foreign investment and technology transform Act has been send to the Ministry,&rdquo; he said adding, &ldquo;The Act will be presented as bill by December/January.&rdquo;</p>

Adhikari informed that the charge check was also done on the presence of the NEA technicians. He said, &ldquo;Production of electricity shall be started from this week given that NEA grants permission.&rdquo; &ldquo;Both turbines installed in the project has been examined. Once the commercial production of electricity starts, actual figure of electricity produced from each turbine can be known.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
According to the project, both turbine has the capacity of 25/25MW. If the schedule does not alter then the formal inauguration of the project will be held on September 26. Earlier, the project was scheduled to complete on April-May of the last FY. However, due to the last year earthquake and border blockade, the project got delay by six months. The project had aimed to produce electricity from October this year.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
The project is a joint venture project of Sinohydro of China and Sagarmatha Power of Nepal. Based on the current state, the project will start electricity production on the targeted schedule. Sinohydro and Sagarmatha Power Company has done 90 percent and 10 percent of investment respectively on the project.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Stakeholders believe that the power cut will decrease to some extent with the completion of the project. The project is constructed on &lsquo;run of the river&rsquo; technology. Initially, prediction of Rs 12 billion investment was made. However, due to the border blockade and various protests, its investment amount has swelled by Rs two billion costing to Rs 12 billion. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Similarly, the company will be raising 10 percent of investment from share issuance to local of affected areas. Likewise, the company had planned to raise remaining 80 percent through issuing right shares of Api Hydro power. However, the board has recommended raising capital through initial public offering (IPO) as well. &ldquo;Thus, the company is preparing to raise the capital through 15 percent IPO and 65 percent through right shares of Api Hydropower,&rdquo; informed Neupane. He believed to raise nearly Rs 2 billion through the right shares.&nbsp;</p>

According to the DoI, 38 industries including one big industry, five middle scales along with 32 small scale industries have been registered till August 31 under FDI. In the previous year, such registered industries were 341. &nbsp;A total of Rs 1.36 billion worth of FDI has been committed this FY under which Rs 370.78 million is current capital and Rs 1.12 billion is fixed capital. Among the investment, Rs 1.7 billion FDI is committed from China and the rest is of domestic investment.</p>

China has committed the highest amount of FDI in the country. 44 out of the total 68 registered industries are from China. &nbsp;China has committed to invest Rs 1.13 billion FDI including Rs 297.3 million on current capital and Rs 834.1 million on fixed capital.</p>

Similarly, India is the second highest FDI commitment holder. India has committed to invest in seven industries so far. &nbsp;The industries has provided the FDI &nbsp;commitment of Rs 40.9 million as current capital and Rs 128.5 million fixed capital with total amount of Rs 169.5 million. In the total amount, Rs 110.70 million is from India and the rest is domestic investment.</p>

Likewise, America, Japan, Britain, Germany, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland and Netherland are some countries that have committed for FDI. &nbsp;</p>

According to Neupane, government is preparing required legal mechanism to ease FDI. &ldquo;The necessary suggestion on the drafts of foreign investment and technology transform Act has been send to the Ministry,&rdquo; he said adding, &ldquo;The Act will be presented as bill by December/January.&rdquo;</p>

The meeting of Executive Committee held on Monday has demanded to create favorable business environment. They condemned recent government activities of discouraging private sector which is already reeling under custom and police administrational problems.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Speaking in the meeting held in Chandragiri hill, FNCCI President Pashupati Murarka expressed his sadness towards misbehaves from the authorities to the entrepreneurs. &nbsp;He said &ldquo;Government is carrying out various demeaning activities towards the entrepreneurs in the name of market monitoring. As the economy has adopted the open market system, market monitoring and inspection should be made systematic. Such mechanism should be prepared with the participation of private sector to make scientific and transparent monitoring system.</p>

Various divisions of the projects are also being tested since the last week. According to Adhikari, the trial production from the 11KV transmission line of project site of Bhulbhule, to Madhya Marsyangdi 11KV transmission line was examined simultaneously. &nbsp;&ldquo;Presently, we have finished assessment of tunnel, power house and damn,&rdquo; informed Adhikari.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Adhikari informed that the charge check was also done on the presence of the NEA technicians. He said, &ldquo;Production of electricity shall be started from this week given that NEA grants permission.&rdquo; &ldquo;Both turbines installed in the project has been examined. Once the commercial production of electricity starts, actual figure of electricity produced from each turbine can be known.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
According to the project, both turbine has the capacity of 25/25MW. If the schedule does not alter then the formal inauguration of the project will be held on September 26. Earlier, the project was scheduled to complete on April-May of the last FY. However, due to the last year earthquake and border blockade, the project got delay by six months. The project had aimed to produce electricity from October this year.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
The project is a joint venture project of Sinohydro of China and Sagarmatha Power of Nepal. Based on the current state, the project will start electricity production on the targeted schedule. Sinohydro and Sagarmatha Power Company has done 90 percent and 10 percent of investment respectively on the project.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Stakeholders believe that the power cut will decrease to some extent with the completion of the project. The project is constructed on &lsquo;run of the river&rsquo; technology. Initially, prediction of Rs 12 billion investment was made. However, due to the border blockade and various protests, its investment amount has swelled by Rs two billion costing to Rs 12 billion. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Likewise, the company had planned to raise remaining 80 percent through issuing right shares of Api Hydro power. However, the board has recommended raising capital through initial public offering (IPO) as well. &ldquo;Thus, the company is preparing to raise the capital through 15 percent IPO and 65 percent through right shares of Api Hydropower,&rdquo; informed Neupane. He believed to raise nearly Rs 2 billion through the right shares.&nbsp;</p>

The growth of FDI in the current FY is being predicted due to the abundant commitment for the investment within the one and half month of the current FY. &nbsp;In the previous FY, the commitment for FDI had contracted due to the earthquake, border blockade and Tarai unrest. &ldquo;The first statistic could be taken as signal of increase in FDI, as there is no obstacle this year,&rdquo; said Maheshwor Neupane, Director General of Department of Industry (DoI).</p>

According to the DoI, 38 industries including one big industry, five middle scales along with 32 small scale industries have been registered till August 31 under FDI. In the previous year, such registered industries were 341. &nbsp;A total of Rs 1.36 billion worth of FDI has been committed this FY under which Rs 370.78 million is current capital and Rs 1.12 billion is fixed capital. Among the investment, Rs 1.7 billion FDI is committed from China and the rest is of domestic investment.</p>

China has committed the highest amount of FDI in the country. 44 out of the total 68 registered industries are from China. &nbsp;China has committed to invest Rs 1.13 billion FDI including Rs 297.3 million on current capital and Rs 834.1 million on fixed capital.</p>

Similarly, India is the second highest FDI commitment holder. India has committed to invest in seven industries so far. &nbsp;The industries has provided the FDI &nbsp;commitment of Rs 40.9 million as current capital and Rs 128.5 million fixed capital with total amount of Rs 169.5 million. In the total amount, Rs 110.70 million is from India and the rest is domestic investment.</p>

Likewise, America, Japan, Britain, Germany, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland and Netherland are some countries that have committed for FDI. &nbsp;</p>

<p><br />
According to Neupane, government is preparing required legal mechanism to ease FDI. &ldquo;The necessary suggestion on the drafts of foreign investment and technology transform Act has been send to the Ministry,&rdquo; he said adding, &ldquo;The Act will be presented as bill by December/January.&rdquo;</p>

Various divisions of the projects are also being tested since the last week. According to Adhikari, the trial production from the 11KV transmission line of project site of Bhulbhule, to Madhya Marsyangdi 11KV transmission line was examined simultaneously. &nbsp;&ldquo;Presently, we have finished assessment of tunnel, power house and damn,&rdquo; informed Adhikari.</p>

Adhikari informed that the charge check was also done on the presence of the NEA technicians. He said, &ldquo;Production of electricity shall be started from this week given that NEA grants permission.&rdquo; &ldquo;Both turbines installed in the project has been examined. Once the commercial production of electricity starts, actual figure of electricity produced from each turbine can be known.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
According to the project, both turbine has the capacity of 25/25MW. If the schedule does not alter then the formal inauguration of the project will be held on September 26. Earlier, the project was scheduled to complete on April-May of the last FY. However, due to the last year earthquake and border blockade, the project got delay by six months. The project had aimed to produce electricity from October this year.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
The project is a joint venture project of Sinohydro of China and Sagarmatha Power of Nepal. Based on the current state, the project will start electricity production on the targeted schedule. Sinohydro and Sagarmatha Power Company has done 90 percent and 10 percent of investment respectively on the project.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />
Stakeholders believe that the power cut will decrease to some extent with the completion of the project. The project is constructed on &lsquo;run of the river&rsquo; technology. Initially, prediction of Rs 12 billion investment was made. However, due to the border blockade and various protests, its investment amount has swelled by Rs two billion costing to Rs 12 billion. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Likewise, the company had planned to raise remaining 80 percent through issuing right shares of Api Hydro power. However, the board has recommended raising capital through initial public offering (IPO) as well. &ldquo;Thus, the company is preparing to raise the capital through 15 percent IPO and 65 percent through right shares of Api Hydropower,&rdquo; informed Neupane. He believed to raise nearly Rs 2 billion through the right shares.&nbsp;</p>

According to the DoI, 38 industries including one big industry, five middle scales along with 32 small scale industries have been registered till August 31 under FDI. In the previous year, such registered industries were 341. &nbsp;A total of Rs 1.36 billion worth of FDI has been committed this FY under which Rs 370.78 million is current capital and Rs 1.12 billion is fixed capital. Among the investment, Rs 1.7 billion FDI is committed from China and the rest is of domestic investment.</p>

China has committed the highest amount of FDI in the country. 44 out of the total 68 registered industries are from China. &nbsp;China has committed to invest Rs 1.13 billion FDI including Rs 297.3 million on current capital and Rs 834.1 million on fixed capital.</p>

Similarly, India is the second highest FDI commitment holder. India has committed to invest in seven industries so far. &nbsp;The industries has provided the FDI &nbsp;commitment of Rs 40.9 million as current capital and Rs 128.5 million fixed capital with total amount of Rs 169.5 million. In the total amount, Rs 110.70 million is from India and the rest is domestic investment.</p>

Likewise, America, Japan, Britain, Germany, Pakistan, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland and Netherland are some countries that have committed for FDI. &nbsp;</p>

<p><br />
According to Neupane, government is preparing required legal mechanism to ease FDI. &ldquo;The necessary suggestion on the drafts of foreign investment and technology transform Act has been send to the Ministry,&rdquo; he said adding, &ldquo;The Act will be presented as bill by December/January.&rdquo;</p>
