Agrawal, who is also an importer, says that the Nepali consumers have not benefitted from the falling sugar price in the international market.</p> <p>“The government’s policy is not rational,” importers say. The government is levying 30 percent customs duty on sugar. The government is levying 30 percent customs duty on sugar.
