The project constructed under the joint investment of multinational company of China, Sino Hydro and Sagarmatha Hydropower of Nepal, has started its commercial production from September 26.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The project begins the electricity generation by oganising separate programs in Kathmandu and Bhulbhule. &ldquo;The project was inaugurated by Dr Bhismakanta Adhikari at Bhulbhule whereas Janardan Sharma, Energy Minister inaugurated the project formally amid a program in the capital,&rdquo; informed Karna Adhikari, Public Communication Officer of the project.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">According to Jeet Bahadur Gurung, Chairman of Project Concerned Committee, the project has installed two turbines having capacity of 25/25MW. &nbsp;Presently, electricity has been generated through unit number one turbine. However, a successful trial production had&nbsp;also been conducted on unit number two. The run-of-the-river project that was started in 2012 has been completed on a stipulated time. As per the agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), electricity produced from both units will be added to the national grid after three months.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, a successful test of turbines, tunnels and dam&nbsp;has already been concluded. Likewise, trial of Bhulbhule-Marsyangdi transmission line located at 20 km distance from the project was also successfully conducted. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The electricity produced will be connected to the transmission line of NEA located at Damauli. Annually, the project will generate 317.6 million units of electricity including 57 million units between mid-December to mid-March in dry season and 260.6 million units in rainy season.&nbsp;</p>

The Hybrid Rice varieties developed by Wuhan Comega viz., CRY-25 and CR 91 has shown the highest yield performance at the rate of 5.8 and 5.7 MT/Hectare, respectively. The results have been revealed in a report after a two years trial period done by Nepal Agricultural and Research Council (NARC), a government research wing which is also responsible for conducting mandatory trials before releasing any crops varieties in Nepal. NARC had done trials in 4 different geographical areas with 3 replica trials in each area. As per Nepal Government&rsquo;s current data for fiscal year 2013-14, the average yield of hybrid rice varieties in Nepal is only 3.4 MT/ Hectare.</p>

&ldquo;Wuhan Comega Seed in conjunction with Nimbus and Government of Nepal will also provide technical and skilled knowledge to the technicians, commercial farmers in the country. <p style="text-align:justify">The project begins the electricity generation by oganising separate programs in Kathmandu and Bhulbhule. &ldquo;The project was inaugurated by Dr Bhismakanta Adhikari at Bhulbhule whereas Janardan Sharma, Energy Minister inaugurated the project formally amid a program in the capital,&rdquo; informed Karna Adhikari, Public Communication Officer of the project.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">According to Jeet Bahadur Gurung, Chairman of Project Concerned Committee, the project has installed two turbines having capacity of 25/25MW. &nbsp;Presently, electricity has been generated through unit number one turbine. However, a successful trial production had&nbsp;also been conducted on unit number two. The run-of-the-river project that was started in 2012 has been completed on a stipulated time. As per the agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), electricity produced from both units will be added to the national grid after three months.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, a successful test of turbines, tunnels and dam&nbsp;has already been concluded. Likewise, trial of Bhulbhule-Marsyangdi transmission line located at 20 km distance from the project was also successfully conducted. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The electricity produced will be connected to the transmission line of NEA located at Damauli. Annually, the project will generate 317.6 million units of electricity including 57 million units between mid-December to mid-March in dry season and 260.6 million units in rainy season.&nbsp;</p>

The results have been revealed in a report after a two years trial period done by Nepal Agricultural and Research Council (NARC), a government research wing which is also responsible for conducting mandatory trials before releasing any crops varieties in Nepal. NARC had done trials in 4 different geographical areas with 3 replica trials in each area. As per Nepal Government&rsquo;s current data for fiscal year 2013-14, the average yield of hybrid rice varieties in Nepal is only 3.4 MT/ Hectare.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The project begins the electricity generation by oganising separate programs in Kathmandu and Bhulbhule. &ldquo;The project was inaugurated by Dr Bhismakanta Adhikari at Bhulbhule whereas Janardan Sharma, Energy Minister inaugurated the project formally amid a program in the capital,&rdquo; informed Karna Adhikari, Public Communication Officer of the project.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">According to Jeet Bahadur Gurung, Chairman of Project Concerned Committee, the project has installed two turbines having capacity of 25/25MW. &nbsp;Presently, electricity has been generated through unit number one turbine. However, a successful trial production had&nbsp;also been conducted on unit number two. The run-of-the-river project that was started in 2012 has been completed on a stipulated time. As per the agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), electricity produced from both units will be added to the national grid after three months.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, a successful test of turbines, tunnels and dam&nbsp;has already been concluded. Likewise, trial of Bhulbhule-Marsyangdi transmission line located at 20 km distance from the project was also successfully conducted. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The electricity produced will be connected to the transmission line of NEA located at Damauli. Annually, the project will generate 317.6 million units of electricity including 57 million units between mid-December to mid-March in dry season and 260.6 million units in rainy season.&nbsp;</p>

According to the press statement issued by the company, Nimbus will be conducting marketing and distribution of seeds, pesticides and various other agricultural products. The Hybrid Rice varieties developed by Wuhan Comega viz., CRY-25 and CR 91 has shown the highest yield performance at the rate of 5.8 and 5.7 MT/Hectare, respectively. The results have been revealed in a report after a two years trial period done by Nepal Agricultural and Research Council (NARC), a government research wing which is also responsible for conducting mandatory trials before releasing any crops varieties in Nepal. NARC had done trials in 4 different geographical areas with 3 replica trials in each area. As per Nepal Government&rsquo;s current data for fiscal year 2013-14, the average yield of hybrid rice varieties in Nepal is only 3.4 MT/ Hectare.</p>

&ldquo;Wuhan Comega Seed in conjunction with Nimbus and Government of Nepal will also provide technical and skilled knowledge to the technicians, commercial farmers in the country. The Chinese company will also train Nepalese manpower either in Nepal or China for various kind of human resource development. Varietal research and development of rice hybrid seeds will also be established in the country in association with Nimbus in future days and will be a milestone in Nepalese agriculture,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The project begins the electricity generation by oganising separate programs in Kathmandu and Bhulbhule. &ldquo;The project was inaugurated by Dr Bhismakanta Adhikari at Bhulbhule whereas Janardan Sharma, Energy Minister inaugurated the project formally amid a program in the capital,&rdquo; informed Karna Adhikari, Public Communication Officer of the project.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">According to Jeet Bahadur Gurung, Chairman of Project Concerned Committee, the project has installed two turbines having capacity of 25/25MW. &nbsp;Presently, electricity has been generated through unit number one turbine. However, a successful trial production had&nbsp;also been conducted on unit number two. The run-of-the-river project that was started in 2012 has been completed on a stipulated time. As per the agreement with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), electricity produced from both units will be added to the national grid after three months.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Meanwhile, a successful test of turbines, tunnels and dam&nbsp;has already been concluded. Likewise, trial of Bhulbhule-Marsyangdi transmission line located at 20 km distance from the project was also successfully conducted. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The electricity produced will be connected to the transmission line of NEA located at Damauli. Annually, the project will generate 317.6 million units of electricity including 57 million units between mid-December to mid-March in dry season and 260.6 million units in rainy season.&nbsp;</p>

According to the press statement issued by the company, Nimbus will be conducting marketing and distribution of seeds, pesticides and various other agricultural products. The Hybrid Rice varieties developed by Wuhan Comega viz., CRY-25 and CR 91 has shown the highest yield performance at the rate of 5.8 and 5.7 MT/Hectare, respectively. The results have been revealed in a report after a two years trial period done by Nepal Agricultural and Research Council (NARC), a government research wing which is also responsible for conducting mandatory trials before releasing any crops varieties in Nepal. NARC had done trials in 4 different geographical areas with 3 replica trials in each area. As per Nepal Government&rsquo;s current data for fiscal year 2013-14, the average yield of hybrid rice varieties in Nepal is only 3.4 MT/ Hectare.</p>

&ldquo;Wuhan Comega Seed in conjunction with Nimbus and Government of Nepal will also provide technical and skilled knowledge to the technicians, commercial farmers in the country. The Chinese company will also train Nepalese manpower either in Nepal or China for various kind of human resource development. Varietal research and development of rice hybrid seeds will also be established in the country in association with Nimbus in future days and will be a milestone in Nepalese agriculture,&rdquo; reads the statement.</p>
