He said that the applications are from Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Lalitpur, Parsa, Sarlahi, Narayangarh, Lamjung along with the districts. The bank had issued shares worth 40 per cent of the total capital from December 8th to 9th.</div>

The AGM has also endorsed the audit report of fiscal year 2012/13, balance sheet till 2013 June and profit-loss and cash flow details. </div>',

He said that the applications are from Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Lalitpur, Parsa, Sarlahi, Narayangarh, Lamjung along with the districts. The bank had issued shares worth 40 per cent of the total capital from December 8th to 9th.</div>

The AGM also has approved that the right share will be issued in the ratio of 0.25:1 of paid up capital as well as increase authorized capital and issued capital. “After the issuance of right share, the authorized capital of the bank will be Rs 300 million, issued capital R 250 million and paid-up capital will be Rs 16.1 mllion,” informed Pradip Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the bank. The AGM has also endorsed the audit report of fiscal year 2012/13, balance sheet till 2013 June and profit-loss and cash flow details. </div>',

The bank has its main branch in Gorkha. “The bank had demanded the applications of public shares worth Rs 17.5 millions with the rate of Rs 100 per share but it has received the demands of more than Rs 110 millions,” Rajendra Pudasaini, Marketing Manager of the bank informed. He said that the applications are from Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Lalitpur, Parsa, Sarlahi, Narayangarh, Lamjung along with the districts. The bank had issued shares worth 40 per cent of the total capital from December 8th to 9th.</div>

The AGM also has approved that the right share will be issued in the ratio of 0.25:1 of paid up capital as well as increase authorized capital and issued capital. “After the issuance of right share, the authorized capital of the bank will be Rs 300 million, issued capital R 250 million and paid-up capital will be Rs 16.1 mllion,” informed Pradip Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the bank. The AGM has also endorsed the audit report of fiscal year 2012/13, balance sheet till 2013 June and profit-loss and cash flow details. </div>',

The bank has its main branch in Gorkha. “The bank had demanded the applications of public shares worth Rs 17.5 millions with the rate of Rs 100 per share but it has received the demands of more than Rs 110 millions,” Rajendra Pudasaini, Marketing Manager of the bank informed. He said that the applications are from Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Lalitpur, Parsa, Sarlahi, Narayangarh, Lamjung along with the districts. The bank had issued shares worth 40 per cent of the total capital from December 8th to 9th.</div>

The AGM also has approved that the right share will be issued in the ratio of 0.25:1 of paid up capital as well as increase authorized capital and issued capital. “After the issuance of right share, the authorized capital of the bank will be Rs 300 million, issued capital R 250 million and paid-up capital will be Rs 16.1 mllion,” informed Pradip Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the bank. The AGM has also endorsed the audit report of fiscal year 2012/13, balance sheet till 2013 June and profit-loss and cash flow details. </div>',
