According to Balaram Pathak, Food and Beverage Director of the Hotel, the restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, and the menu is changed to cater to the Italian cuisine enthusiasts. The menu of the restaurant is changed after one and a half years. </div>

The new menu has on it delectable starters like smoked salmon and crispy lettuce with parmesan flakes and shallow fried prawns marinated in garlic and herbs among other exotics. Alfresco, Italian restaurant at Soaltee Crowne Plaza has introduced a new menu. The restaurant located near the poolside is one of the popular Italian dining destinations in Kathmandu. According to Balaram Pathak, Food and Beverage Director of the Hotel, the restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, and the menu is changed to cater to the Italian cuisine enthusiasts. The menu of the restaurant is changed after one and a half years.
Italian cuisine has Roman, Greek and Arabian influences, and is known for the use of fresh ingredients. The new menu at Alfresco flaunts delicacies from the southern Italian regions of Sicily, Sardinia and Livorno.
The new menu has on it delectable starters like smoked salmon and crispy lettuce with parmesan flakes and shallow fried prawns marinated in garlic and herbs among other exotics. The choices for salads include Caesar salad, spicy mushroom salad and Panzanella, a salad with bread and tomatoes. Oven roasted pumpkin soup, smoked bacon, kernel corn and brown onion, traditional prawn, squid and Tuscan beans are the new selection of soups.
For main course too, there are numerous flavorsome choices. Cannelloni, lasagna, spinach Fettuccine with seafood, risotto and others are pasta varieties on the menu. Alfresco, Italian restaurant at Soaltee Crowne Plaza has introduced a new menu. The restaurant located near the poolside is one of the popular Italian dining destinations in Kathmandu. According to Balaram Pathak, Food and Beverage Director of the Hotel, the restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, and the menu is changed to cater to the Italian cuisine enthusiasts. The menu of the restaurant is changed after one and a half years. </div>

Italian cuisine has Roman, Greek and Arabian influences, and is known for the use of fresh ingredients. The new menu at Alfresco flaunts delicacies from the southern Italian regions of Sicily, Sardinia and Livorno. </div>

The new menu has on it delectable starters like smoked salmon and crispy lettuce with parmesan flakes and shallow fried prawns marinated in garlic and herbs among other exotics. The choices for salads include Caesar salad, spicy mushroom salad and Panzanella, a salad with bread and tomatoes. Oven roasted pumpkin soup, smoked bacon, kernel corn and brown onion, traditional prawn, squid and Tuscan beans are the new selection of soups. </div>

For main course too, there are numerous flavorsome choices. Cannelloni, lasagna, spinach Fettuccine with seafood, risotto and others are pasta varieties on the menu. Salmon steak, tiger prawns, grilled fresh water Himalayan trout, varieties of chicken and fish preparations are other mouth-watering culinary delights. Alfresco also boasts of a fine assortment of wines to complement the food served. </div>
