<p>Due to the unilateral decision taken by the Indian authorities at Kakarbhitta Customs Point, Nepali traders had to unload the gingers which were ready to be supplied to the Indian markets through the eastern border of Nepal.</p>

<p>The export of ginger was halted a day after the visit of Indian ambassador to Nepal Manjib Singh Puri to the border area. During his visit, Mechi Customs Office chief Tek Bahadur Aryal had apprised ambassador Puri about the problems faced by the customs officials in the border area. Although the ambassador was positive about other issues, he had reportedly expressed his dissatisfaction regarding the trade of ginger.</p>

<p>&ldquo;From where does all these ginger come from?&rdquo; Aryal quoted the ambassador as saying. &ldquo;The ambassador also said that this amount of ginger can&rsquo;t be produced in Nepal,&rdquo; Aryal said.</p>

<p>A total of 61 trucks loaded with ginger returned from Mechi Customs Office after the obstruction in the supply to the Indian side.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The bank said that the insurance coverage amount is four times the available balance in the customers&rsquo; saving account or Rs 500,000, whichever is less and is provided in case of accidental death and permanent disability only.</p>

The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Due to the unilateral decision taken by the Indian authorities at Kakarbhitta Customs Point, Nepali traders had to unload the gingers which were ready to be supplied to the Indian markets through the eastern border of Nepal.</p>

<p>The export of ginger was halted a day after the visit of Indian ambassador to Nepal Manjib Singh Puri to the border area. During his visit, Mechi Customs Office chief Tek Bahadur Aryal had apprised ambassador Puri about the problems faced by the customs officials in the border area. Although the ambassador was positive about other issues, he had reportedly expressed his dissatisfaction regarding the trade of ginger.</p>

<p>&ldquo;From where does all these ginger come from?&rdquo; Aryal quoted the ambassador as saying. &ldquo;The ambassador also said that this amount of ginger can&rsquo;t be produced in Nepal,&rdquo; Aryal said.</p>

<p>A total of 61 trucks loaded with ginger returned from Mechi Customs Office after the obstruction in the supply to the Indian side.&nbsp;</p>

Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Due to the unilateral decision taken by the Indian authorities at Kakarbhitta Customs Point, Nepali traders had to unload the gingers which were ready to be supplied to the Indian markets through the eastern border of Nepal.</p>

<p>The export of ginger was halted a day after the visit of Indian ambassador to Nepal Manjib Singh Puri to the border area. During his visit, Mechi Customs Office chief Tek Bahadur Aryal had apprised ambassador Puri about the problems faced by the customs officials in the border area. Although the ambassador was positive about other issues, he had reportedly expressed his dissatisfaction regarding the trade of ginger.</p>

<p>&ldquo;From where does all these ginger come from?&rdquo; Aryal quoted the ambassador as saying. &ldquo;The ambassador also said that this amount of ginger can&rsquo;t be produced in Nepal,&rdquo; Aryal said.</p>

<p>A total of 61 trucks loaded with ginger returned from Mechi Customs Office after the obstruction in the supply to the Indian side.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The branch manager of Narayangadh handed over a cheque amount of Rs 256,028 to Sushila Kumari Baniya, the wife of the deceased.</p>

<p>The bank has been providing insurance amount to its customers not exceeding Rs 500,000 or up to four times the amount in the depositor&rsquo;s account in case of his/her death or permanent disability.</p>

<p>The bank said that the insurance coverage amount is four times the available balance in the customers&rsquo; saving account or Rs 500,000, whichever is less and is provided in case of accidental death and permanent disability only.</p>

<p>The KYC has been revised to make the securities transaction more systematic and to implement the anti-money laundering laws in a more effective way. &nbsp;The board has revised this provision to ensure the investors&rsquo; rights, to encourage transparency in market and to minimize risk in the securities transaction. <p>Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has not been able to supply power to the industry after interruption from the locals who claimed that the line extended to industry would risk their lives. The industry is located at ward no 5 of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City. Officials at the industry claimed that the ward chairman, Mohit Chaudhary, along with the locals have been obstructing the supply against the law.</p>

<p>The industry&rsquo;s Manager Hari Shankar Karna confirmed that the electricity line has not been connected to the industry because of obstruction by the people as well as elected representatives.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The production has decreased as the industry has been using generator instead of direct line from NEA,&rdquo; added Karna. &nbsp;</p>
