The company aims for availability of EVDO serviced based on IP-CDMA through the expansion of the network and continue the efforts of expanding attractive data service through WiMax service.&rdquo; &ldquo;NT has prepared for availability of 4G services as soon as Nepal Telecommunication Authority approves the proposal. Presently, four ports in various locations of the nation are being operated whereas, Larcha Port of Tatopani, Sindhupalchowk that was destroyed due to the devastating earthquake is in reconstruction phase. Similarly, construction of the ports in Chobhar of Kathmandu and Rasuwa Gadhi of Nepal-China Border Area are in starting phase while study is being conducted to construct the ports in Far-Western and Jhapa, informs the Ministry.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, construction of Herbal Processing Centre in Surkhet has been included in the program for coming FY. Construction of trading centre in every province, establishment of trade rehabilitation centre in earthquake effective districts, skill development and efficiency promotion for the increment of production of pashmina and other major exported goods are also included in the prepared program. Similarly, programs on infrastructure development, organising of fairs and subsidies for growth of exportable items under Nepal Trade Integration Strategy also has been formulated for the coming FY. According to Trade and Export Promotion Centre, prepared plan also includes formation of trade portal and one-door custom system.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, capital expenditure from the current budget allocation till the second quarter of current FY is not that encouraging. According to the Ministry, only 57 percent from current and 13 percent from capital expenditure has been spent so far. The overall progress of various development projects under the Ministry is also discouraging. The physical progress of the projects is 63.27 percent and financial progress is 47.36 percent up to the second quarter of the current FY.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

Similarly, construction of the ports in Chobhar of Kathmandu and Rasuwa Gadhi of Nepal-China Border Area are in starting phase while study is being conducted to construct the ports in Far-Western and Jhapa, informs the Ministry.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, construction of Herbal Processing Centre in Surkhet has been included in the program for coming FY. Construction of trading centre in every province, establishment of trade rehabilitation centre in earthquake effective districts, skill development and efficiency promotion for the increment of production of pashmina and other major exported goods are also included in the prepared program. Similarly, programs on infrastructure development, organising of fairs and subsidies for growth of exportable items under Nepal Trade Integration Strategy also has been formulated for the coming FY. According to Trade and Export Promotion Centre, prepared plan also includes formation of trade portal and one-door custom system.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, capital expenditure from the current budget allocation till the second quarter of current FY is not that encouraging. Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

Similarly, construction of the ports in Chobhar of Kathmandu and Rasuwa Gadhi of Nepal-China Border Area are in starting phase while study is being conducted to construct the ports in Far-Western and Jhapa, informs the Ministry.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, construction of Herbal Processing Centre in Surkhet has been included in the program for coming FY. Construction of trading centre in every province, establishment of trade rehabilitation centre in earthquake effective districts, skill development and efficiency promotion for the increment of production of pashmina and other major exported goods are also included in the prepared program. Similarly, programs on infrastructure development, organising of fairs and subsidies for growth of exportable items under Nepal Trade Integration Strategy also has been formulated for the coming FY. According to Trade and Export Promotion Centre, prepared plan also includes formation of trade portal and one-door custom system.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, capital expenditure from the current budget allocation till the second quarter of current FY is not that encouraging. According to the Ministry, only 57 percent from current and 13 percent from capital expenditure has been spent so far. The overall progress of various development projects under the Ministry is also discouraging. The physical progress of the projects is 63.27 percent and financial progress is 47.36 percent up to the second quarter of the current FY.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>

Presently, four ports in various locations of the nation are being operated whereas, Larcha Port of Tatopani, Sindhupalchowk that was destroyed due to the devastating earthquake is in reconstruction phase. Similarly, construction of the ports in Chobhar of Kathmandu and Rasuwa Gadhi of Nepal-China Border Area are in starting phase while study is being conducted to construct the ports in Far-Western and Jhapa, informs the Ministry.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Likewise, construction of Herbal Processing Centre in Surkhet has been included in the program for coming FY. Construction of trading centre in every province, establishment of trade rehabilitation centre in earthquake effective districts, skill development and efficiency promotion for the increment of production of pashmina and other major exported goods are also included in the prepared program. Similarly, programs on infrastructure development, organising of fairs and subsidies for growth of exportable items under Nepal Trade Integration Strategy also has been formulated for the coming FY. According to Trade and Export Promotion Centre, prepared plan also includes formation of trade portal and one-door custom system.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">However, capital expenditure from the current budget allocation till the second quarter of current FY is not that encouraging. According to the Ministry, only 57 percent from current and 13 percent from capital expenditure has been spent so far. The overall progress of various development projects under the Ministry is also discouraging. The physical progress of the projects is 63.27 percent and financial progress is 47.36 percent up to the second quarter of the current FY.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

The share certificates distribution program was postponed from mid-April to May end due to technical problems, according to issue manager Citizen Investment Trust (CIT). &nbsp;CIT informs that printing and authentication of share certificates has already been finished.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The company is distributing physical share certificates instead of D-matted shares after seven months since issuance. Similarly, the company has made an agreement of RTS with Global IME Capital for D-mating and listing of shares. The company had issued general shares worth of Rs 2 billion on January.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The existing Rs 8 billion paid-up capital of the company will boosted to Rs 10 billion after the distribution. Established on 11 July 2011, the company has authorised capital of Rs 50 billion and issue capital of Rs 10 billion. The company is a joint venture of Government of Nepal, Employee Provident Fund, Rastriya Beema Sansthan and Citizen Investment Trust. The company has invested in eight various hydro electricity projects comprising 271MWs capacities.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The reserve fund of the bank has been increased by 66.55 percent in compare to same period of last FY. In compare to paid-up capital, net profit has increased by 15 percent to 22 percent. The bank has collected Rs 196 million deposits and has flowed Rs 272.9 million loans. Similarly, the interest income of the bank has increased by 88 percent to Rs 34.8 million and interest expenses has increased by two folds to Rs 9.42 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the employee expenses, other operating expenses and net operating income have increased by 90 percent, 37.70 percent and 61 percent respectively. The fixed asset of the bank has increased by 19.71 percent to RS 4.31 million and other assets have increased by 13.55 percent to Rs 5.79 million.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile, the bank has kept Rs 3.80 million in provision for possible losses. The capital fund expenditure of the bank is of 4 percent and capital fund adequacy is of 11 percent. As per the third quarterly report, EPS of the bank is at Rs 23 and P/E ratio is of 113 times.&nbsp;</p>
