<p>Similarly, NRB is planning to modify paper notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000. &ldquo;The process has already been initiated,&rdquo; informs Trilochan Pangeni, Spokesperson of NRB. He adds &ldquo;Structure of other modifying notes, however, has not been set.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NRB is inserting image of couple elephant in the modified form of Rs 1000 which had only one elephant in the earlier version. NRB, the sole note issuer of Nepal, is modifying quality of paper notes along with the images of animals. Apart from this, the notes will enforce signature of current Governor of NRB Dr Chiranjibi Nepal. It will be the first note to have signature of Governor Nepal.</p>

<p>According to the preparations of NRB, Rs 500 paper notes will now inflict tiger&rsquo;s image, habitat in Nepal. Nepali paper notes usually feature Nepali culture, environment and heritages. Although there were animals images in previous paper notes, there sources were not revealed in the notes itself. However, the modified notes will have authentic images of Nepali animals.</p>

<p>Spokesperson Pangeni says that the paper notes are being modified as per the new context of Nepal. &ldquo;All paper notes are in modification process. However, paper notes of other denominations are in design finalisation process,&rdquo; he informs. Decisions of paper notes modification are executed by Note Design Committee of NRB.</p>

<p>The paper notes of denominations 100, 500 and 1000 are being modified as per the decision of the committee. The Note Design Committee consists of representatives of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department, Culturists and NRB. &nbsp;NRB prints paper notes of denominations 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000; meanwhile, it has stopped printing of denominations 1, 2 and 25.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Issuing a press statement, Mahalaxmi Finance informed that it aims to conclude the merger process within mid-July and start the unified transaction.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Maintenance of customers&rsquo; statistics of such companies has been difficult,&rdquo; informs NTA. According to the statistics of NTA, 23 ISPs companies have submitted partial report whereas those submitting regular report are zero. NTA publishes monthly report of internet service seekers and numbers of customers based on the report submitted by the companies. &ldquo;It is a duty of the companies to submit demanded report to NTA,&rdquo; says Min Prasad Aryal, spokesperson of NTA. &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible toward submitting monthly report to NTA.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NTA data reveals that in the period of 12 months from 2071 Falgun To 2072 Magh, only 9 service providers has submitted partial reports. In the review period, Sustainable Network and Classic have submitted report of 8 and 4 months respectively. Similarly, Worldlink, Websurfer, Subisu, Netmax and Vianet have submitted reports of three months each. Besides, Broadlink and Mercantile have submitted report of 1 month only. Other companies that have submitted partial report have not submitted a single report in the review period. &ldquo;It is ISP service providers&rsquo; weakness not to submit regular report to NTA,&rdquo; accepts Suman Lal Pradhan, Chairman of Internet Service Providers&rsquo; Association of Nepal (ISPAN). He adds &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible; there is no doubt on it. I will take initiation on that matter as of official duty.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the management of the industrial zone, Bandhu Plastic Company, Om Vanier Industries and Trimuti Auto Industries are closed due to power shortage. Similarly, Deuti Handmade Paper, Chandra Jal Gems Pvt. Ltd and Samrat Poultry Farms are also in the same list. The industrial area of Surkhet has no facility of &#39;single feeder&#39; power supply as other industrial areas of the country.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, there are 23 industries operating in Birendranagar Industrial Zone. According to the industry directors, the industries of the area are closed down due to the neglect by the government. However, the management of the industrial zone maintains that the owners of industrialists need to immediately restart the operation of their factories. The management has issued an ultimatum &nbsp;for the close industries either to re-start or &nbsp;leave the area. The management team is attempting to replace the closed industries with new industries. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has expected to end poverty, reduce famine to zero, build sustainable city and communities and improve livelihood of common people through sustainable production and consumption. Similarly, it also hope comprehensive improvement in the sectors of industry, innovation and infrastructure, access to modern energy, healthy life, quality education, gender equality, inequality reduction, economic development and climate change. The UN has emphasised on formation of appropriate plans and strategies for the implementation of the concept &lsquo;5-P&rsquo;to achieve said targets.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has allocated the highest budgetary amount of 19.93 percent for the development of sustainable cities and communities. The government has allocated Rs 1048.92 billion under the heading for the upcoming FY. The amount will be spent on reconstruction of areas destroyed by the last year&rsquo;s devastating earthquake along with the integration of areas that are in risks of natural calamities. Similarly, the government is also planning to develop modern cities across 10 locations each of Pushpalal (Mid-Mountainous) Highway and Postal Highway in the upcoming FY to achieve the sustainable goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 18.34 percent of the budget to end poverty by 2030. It plans to reduce poverty to zero by next15 years which will be at 21.6 percent in the first year of implementation of the program. However, the government has acknowledged that the reduction of poverty to 3 percent will be considered success given that the zero poverty target will be very hard to achieve.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 11.27 percent budgetary amount on industry, innovation and infrastructure. The government has set target to increase per capital income to USD 2500 from 766 by making the country self-reliant through the development of industrial sector.&nbsp; The upcoming budget allocation is prepared as per the global recognition and issues related with development goals in the context of Nepal.</p>

<p>NRB is inserting image of couple elephant in the modified form of Rs 1000 which had only one elephant in the earlier version. NRB, the sole note issuer of Nepal, is modifying quality of paper notes along with the images of animals. Apart from this, the notes will enforce signature of current Governor of NRB Dr Chiranjibi Nepal. It will be the first note to have signature of Governor Nepal.</p>

<p>According to the preparations of NRB, Rs 500 paper notes will now inflict tiger&rsquo;s image, habitat in Nepal. Nepali paper notes usually feature Nepali culture, environment and heritages. Although there were animals images in previous paper notes, there sources were not revealed in the notes itself. However, the modified notes will have authentic images of Nepali animals.</p>

<p>Spokesperson Pangeni says that the paper notes are being modified as per the new context of Nepal. &ldquo;All paper notes are in modification process. However, paper notes of other denominations are in design finalisation process,&rdquo; he informs. Decisions of paper notes modification are executed by Note Design Committee of NRB.</p>

<p>The paper notes of denominations 100, 500 and 1000 are being modified as per the decision of the committee. The Note Design Committee consists of representatives of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department, Culturists and NRB. &nbsp;NRB prints paper notes of denominations 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000; meanwhile, it has stopped printing of denominations 1, 2 and 25.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Maintenance of customers&rsquo; statistics of such companies has been difficult,&rdquo; informs NTA. According to the statistics of NTA, 23 ISPs companies have submitted partial report whereas those submitting regular report are zero. NTA publishes monthly report of internet service seekers and numbers of customers based on the report submitted by the companies. &ldquo;It is a duty of the companies to submit demanded report to NTA,&rdquo; says Min Prasad Aryal, spokesperson of NTA. &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible toward submitting monthly report to NTA.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NTA data reveals that in the period of 12 months from 2071 Falgun To 2072 Magh, only 9 service providers has submitted partial reports. In the review period, Sustainable Network and Classic have submitted report of 8 and 4 months respectively. Similarly, Worldlink, Websurfer, Subisu, Netmax and Vianet have submitted reports of three months each. Besides, Broadlink and Mercantile have submitted report of 1 month only. Other companies that have submitted partial report have not submitted a single report in the review period. &ldquo;It is ISP service providers&rsquo; weakness not to submit regular report to NTA,&rdquo; accepts Suman Lal Pradhan, Chairman of Internet Service Providers&rsquo; Association of Nepal (ISPAN). He adds &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible; there is no doubt on it. I will take initiation on that matter as of official duty.&rdquo;</p>

Similarly, Deuti Handmade Paper, Chandra Jal Gems Pvt. Ltd and Samrat Poultry Farms are also in the same list. The industrial area of Surkhet has no facility of &#39;single feeder&#39; power supply as other industrial areas of the country.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, there are 23 industries operating in Birendranagar Industrial Zone. According to the industry directors, the industries of the area are closed down due to the neglect by the government. However, the management of the industrial zone maintains that the owners of industrialists need to immediately restart the operation of their factories. The management has issued an ultimatum &nbsp;for the close industries either to re-start or &nbsp;leave the area. The management team is attempting to replace the closed industries with new industries. &nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has expected to end poverty, reduce famine to zero, build sustainable city and communities and improve livelihood of common people through sustainable production and consumption. Similarly, it also hope comprehensive improvement in the sectors of industry, innovation and infrastructure, access to modern energy, healthy life, quality education, gender equality, inequality reduction, economic development and climate change. The UN has emphasised on formation of appropriate plans and strategies for the implementation of the concept &lsquo;5-P&rsquo;to achieve said targets.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has allocated the highest budgetary amount of 19.93 percent for the development of sustainable cities and communities. The government has allocated Rs 1048.92 billion under the heading for the upcoming FY. The amount will be spent on reconstruction of areas destroyed by the last year&rsquo;s devastating earthquake along with the integration of areas that are in risks of natural calamities. Similarly, the government is also planning to develop modern cities across 10 locations each of Pushpalal (Mid-Mountainous) Highway and Postal Highway in the upcoming FY to achieve the sustainable goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 18.34 percent of the budget to end poverty by 2030. It plans to reduce poverty to zero by next15 years which will be at 21.6 percent in the first year of implementation of the program. However, the government has acknowledged that the reduction of poverty to 3 percent will be considered success given that the zero poverty target will be very hard to achieve.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 11.27 percent budgetary amount on industry, innovation and infrastructure. The government has set target to increase per capital income to USD 2500 from 766 by making the country self-reliant through the development of industrial sector.&nbsp; The upcoming budget allocation is prepared as per the global recognition and issues related with development goals in the context of Nepal.</p>

<p>Similarly, NRB is planning to modify paper notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000. &ldquo;The process has already been initiated,&rdquo; informs Trilochan Pangeni, Spokesperson of NRB. He adds &ldquo;Structure of other modifying notes, however, has not been set.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NRB is inserting image of couple elephant in the modified form of Rs 1000 which had only one elephant in the earlier version. NRB, the sole note issuer of Nepal, is modifying quality of paper notes along with the images of animals. Apart from this, the notes will enforce signature of current Governor of NRB Dr Chiranjibi Nepal. It will be the first note to have signature of Governor Nepal.</p>

<p>According to the preparations of NRB, Rs 500 paper notes will now inflict tiger&rsquo;s image, habitat in Nepal. Nepali paper notes usually feature Nepali culture, environment and heritages. Although there were animals images in previous paper notes, there sources were not revealed in the notes itself. However, the modified notes will have authentic images of Nepali animals.</p>

<p>Spokesperson Pangeni says that the paper notes are being modified as per the new context of Nepal. &ldquo;All paper notes are in modification process. However, paper notes of other denominations are in design finalisation process,&rdquo; he informs. Decisions of paper notes modification are executed by Note Design Committee of NRB.</p>

<p>The paper notes of denominations 100, 500 and 1000 are being modified as per the decision of the committee. The Note Design Committee consists of representatives of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department, Culturists and NRB. &nbsp;NRB prints paper notes of denominations 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000; meanwhile, it has stopped printing of denominations 1, 2 and 25.</p>

NTA publishes monthly report of internet service seekers and numbers of customers based on the report submitted by the companies. &ldquo;It is a duty of the companies to submit demanded report to NTA,&rdquo; says Min Prasad Aryal, spokesperson of NTA. &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible toward submitting monthly report to NTA.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NTA data reveals that in the period of 12 months from 2071 Falgun To 2072 Magh, only 9 service providers has submitted partial reports. In the review period, Sustainable Network and Classic have submitted report of 8 and 4 months respectively. Similarly, Worldlink, Websurfer, Subisu, Netmax and Vianet have submitted reports of three months each. Besides, Broadlink and Mercantile have submitted report of 1 month only. Other companies that have submitted partial report have not submitted a single report in the review period. &ldquo;It is ISP service providers&rsquo; weakness not to submit regular report to NTA,&rdquo; accepts Suman Lal Pradhan, Chairman of Internet Service Providers&rsquo; Association of Nepal (ISPAN). He adds &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible; there is no doubt on it. I will take initiation on that matter as of official duty.&rdquo;</p>

The industrial area of Surkhet has no facility of &#39;single feeder&#39; power supply as other industrial areas of the country.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, there are 23 industries operating in Birendranagar Industrial Zone. According to the industry directors, the industries of the area are closed down due to the neglect by the government. However, the management of the industrial zone maintains that the owners of industrialists need to immediately restart the operation of their factories. The management has issued an ultimatum &nbsp;for the close industries either to re-start or &nbsp;leave the area. The management team is attempting to replace the closed industries with new industries. &nbsp;</p>

Similarly, it also hope comprehensive improvement in the sectors of industry, innovation and infrastructure, access to modern energy, healthy life, quality education, gender equality, inequality reduction, economic development and climate change. The UN has emphasised on formation of appropriate plans and strategies for the implementation of the concept &lsquo;5-P&rsquo;to achieve said targets.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has allocated the highest budgetary amount of 19.93 percent for the development of sustainable cities and communities. The government has allocated Rs 1048.92 billion under the heading for the upcoming FY. The amount will be spent on reconstruction of areas destroyed by the last year&rsquo;s devastating earthquake along with the integration of areas that are in risks of natural calamities. Similarly, the government is also planning to develop modern cities across 10 locations each of Pushpalal (Mid-Mountainous) Highway and Postal Highway in the upcoming FY to achieve the sustainable goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 18.34 percent of the budget to end poverty by 2030. It plans to reduce poverty to zero by next15 years which will be at 21.6 percent in the first year of implementation of the program. However, the government has acknowledged that the reduction of poverty to 3 percent will be considered success given that the zero poverty target will be very hard to achieve.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 11.27 percent budgetary amount on industry, innovation and infrastructure. The government has set target to increase per capital income to USD 2500 from 766 by making the country self-reliant through the development of industrial sector.&nbsp; The upcoming budget allocation is prepared as per the global recognition and issues related with development goals in the context of Nepal.</p>

<p>According to a press statement by the college, Uttam Thapaliya, Commis Chef of Hyaat Regency Hotel won the first prize. Similarly, Paban Khatiwada, Commie of Shangri-La Hotel won the second prize and Ajay Sharma, Commis Chef of Hyatt Regency was awarded with the third prize.</p>

<p>&ldquo;The first, second and third sopt winners received upto Rs 25,000 cash prize in the form of the three categories, Gold, Silver and Bronze,&rdquo; informs the release. The competition had three phases where five chefs compete against each other, and challenge to make dishes selected as per the category.</p>

<p>NRB is inserting image of couple elephant in the modified form of Rs 1000 which had only one elephant in the earlier version. NRB, the sole note issuer of Nepal, is modifying quality of paper notes along with the images of animals. Apart from this, the notes will enforce signature of current Governor of NRB Dr Chiranjibi Nepal. It will be the first note to have signature of Governor Nepal.</p>

<p>According to the preparations of NRB, Rs 500 paper notes will now inflict tiger&rsquo;s image, habitat in Nepal. Nepali paper notes usually feature Nepali culture, environment and heritages. Although there were animals images in previous paper notes, there sources were not revealed in the notes itself. However, the modified notes will have authentic images of Nepali animals.</p>

<p>Spokesperson Pangeni says that the paper notes are being modified as per the new context of Nepal. &ldquo;All paper notes are in modification process. However, paper notes of other denominations are in design finalisation process,&rdquo; he informs. Decisions of paper notes modification are executed by Note Design Committee of NRB.</p>

<p>The paper notes of denominations 100, 500 and 1000 are being modified as per the decision of the committee. The Note Design Committee consists of representatives of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department, Culturists and NRB. &nbsp;NRB prints paper notes of denominations 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000; meanwhile, it has stopped printing of denominations 1, 2 and 25.</p>

NTA publishes monthly report of internet service seekers and numbers of customers based on the report submitted by the companies. &ldquo;It is a duty of the companies to submit demanded report to NTA,&rdquo; says Min Prasad Aryal, spokesperson of NTA. &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible toward submitting monthly report to NTA.&rdquo;</p>

<p>NTA data reveals that in the period of 12 months from 2071 Falgun To 2072 Magh, only 9 service providers has submitted partial reports. In the review period, Sustainable Network and Classic have submitted report of 8 and 4 months respectively. Similarly, Worldlink, Websurfer, Subisu, Netmax and Vianet have submitted reports of three months each. Besides, Broadlink and Mercantile have submitted report of 1 month only. Other companies that have submitted partial report have not submitted a single report in the review period. &ldquo;It is ISP service providers&rsquo; weakness not to submit regular report to NTA,&rdquo; accepts Suman Lal Pradhan, Chairman of Internet Service Providers&rsquo; Association of Nepal (ISPAN). He adds &ldquo;ISPs should be responsible; there is no doubt on it. I will take initiation on that matter as of official duty.&rdquo;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The industries are not able to produce as per their capacities. Bhattarai said,&quot; Due to the acute power cut, it is difficult to provide facilities to the employees. We are forced to provide salaries to the workers even without any work.&quot; &nbsp;&quot;So, we have decided to close industries rather than to keep operating in losses&quot;, he added. &nbsp;According to other industry operators, factories have been closed down due to the problem in power supply over the last 2-3 years.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the management of the industrial zone, Bandhu Plastic Company, Om Vanier Industries and Trimuti Auto Industries are closed due to power shortage. Similarly, Deuti Handmade Paper, Chandra Jal Gems Pvt. Ltd and Samrat Poultry Farms are also in the same list. The industrial area of Surkhet has no facility of &#39;single feeder&#39; power supply as other industrial areas of the country.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, there are 23 industries operating in Birendranagar Industrial Zone. According to the industry directors, the industries of the area are closed down due to the neglect by the government. However, the management of the industrial zone maintains that the owners of industrialists need to immediately restart the operation of their factories. The management has issued an ultimatum &nbsp;for the close industries either to re-start or &nbsp;leave the area. The management team is attempting to replace the closed industries with new industries. &nbsp;</p>

The budget of upcoming year has been prepared as per the concept of sustainable development goals in a bid to reach the middle income countries (MICs) by 2030. <p style="text-align: justify;">According to the Finance Ministry, budget has been allocated as per concept as the upcoming fiscal year is the first year of implementing the set policies to achieve the targets.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has expected to end poverty, reduce famine to zero, build sustainable city and communities and improve livelihood of common people through sustainable production and consumption. Similarly, it also hope comprehensive improvement in the sectors of industry, innovation and infrastructure, access to modern energy, healthy life, quality education, gender equality, inequality reduction, economic development and climate change. The UN has emphasised on formation of appropriate plans and strategies for the implementation of the concept &lsquo;5-P&rsquo;to achieve said targets.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The government has allocated the highest budgetary amount of 19.93 percent for the development of sustainable cities and communities. The government has allocated Rs 1048.92 billion under the heading for the upcoming FY. The amount will be spent on reconstruction of areas destroyed by the last year&rsquo;s devastating earthquake along with the integration of areas that are in risks of natural calamities. Similarly, the government is also planning to develop modern cities across 10 locations each of Pushpalal (Mid-Mountainous) Highway and Postal Highway in the upcoming FY to achieve the sustainable goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 18.34 percent of the budget to end poverty by 2030. It plans to reduce poverty to zero by next15 years which will be at 21.6 percent in the first year of implementation of the program. However, the government has acknowledged that the reduction of poverty to 3 percent will be considered success given that the zero poverty target will be very hard to achieve.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Likewise, the government has allocated 11.27 percent budgetary amount on industry, innovation and infrastructure. The government has set target to increase per capital income to USD 2500 from 766 by making the country self-reliant through the development of industrial sector.&nbsp; The upcoming budget allocation is prepared as per the global recognition and issues related with development goals in the context of Nepal.</p>

<p>The competition was judged by Souji Gopalakrishna, Head, School of Hospitality and Tourism,&nbsp;ELM Business&nbsp; School. HELP University, Malaysia including professors and chefs.</p>
