	In the meantime a junior brother of one of the student entered the class crying. The faculty and the students were surprised and didn’t know what to do next. However, the student took his brother to deposit at the Dean’s cabin so that he could take his brother home together after the class was over. But the Dean was sleeping. The student than went to the cabin of the adviser who was nowhere in the college. So the student requested his brother to wait for him at the corridor till the class will be over.&nbsp;</p>

	The faculty, who was already worried for not being able to give best definition of the government to the student, suddenly became happy as now he had found a good answer for him.&nbsp;</p>

	Now I will make you understand the government! He said, “The Chairman of the Council of the ministers is sleeping, private sector is nowhere, the ministers don’t know what to do and how to do, nobody cares about the people, and the future is full of cry!’’</p>

	<span style="font-size: 12px;">A faculty was teaching at one of the Management College in Kathmandu on the role of the government for business growth with an example:&nbsp;</span></p>

	‘’Look at it this way: The dean is the Chairman of the government, our adviser is the private sector, we faculties are the ministers, administration staffs are the work force, you are the people and your junior brothers and sisters are the future.’’&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	‘’I still don’t get it’’ responded a student.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	In the meantime a junior brother of one of the student entered the class crying. The faculty and the students were surprised and didn’t know what to do next. However, the student took his brother to deposit at the Dean’s cabin so that he could take his brother home together after the class was over. But the Dean was sleeping. The student than went to the cabin of the adviser who was nowhere in the college. So the student requested his brother to wait for him at the corridor till the class will be over.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	The faculty, who was already worried for not being able to give best definition of the government to the student, suddenly became happy as now he had found a good answer for him.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Now I will make you understand the government! He said, “The Chairman of the Council of the ministers is sleeping, private sector is nowhere, the ministers don’t know what to do and how to do, nobody cares about the people, and the future is full of cry!’’</p>
