The six-day event was inaugurated by Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota. CAN’s president Hemant Chaurasiya said that the fair aims to update people about the latest technological development taking place in the ICT sector across the world. He expressed the belief that businesses can be run effectively and promptly using such technology.</p>
<p>
The event being held with the slogan ‘Placing Nepal in Global ICT’ showcases different technological devices including drones, different national and international software, security devices and ‘robot battle’ made by Nepali students.</p>
<p>
According to the organiser, some lucky visitors of the fair can get free movie tickets and lunch coupon at. The organiser is also awarding cash prize for students and colleges participating in the robot competition for their encouragement.</p>
<p>
Likewise, under the daily prize scheme, the organiser is offering different packages including paragliding in Kathmandu, rafting in Trishuli, bungee jumping in Pokhara and one-night stay for a couple at KGH Group of Hotels.</p>
<p>
Chaurasiya informed that each day five visitors will get shopping voucher worth Rs 2000 while 60 visitors will get food coupon of Rs 200 and six visitors will get film tickets daily.</p>

The six-day event was inaugurated by Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota. CAN’s president Hemant Chaurasiya said that the fair aims to update people about the latest technological development taking place in the ICT sector across the world. He expressed the belief that businesses can be run effectively and promptly using such technology.</p>
<p>
The event being held with the slogan ‘Placing Nepal in Global ICT’ showcases different technological devices including drones, different national and international software, security devices and ‘robot battle’ made by Nepali students.</p>
<p>
According to the organiser, some lucky visitors of the fair can get free movie tickets and lunch coupon at. The organiser is also awarding cash prize for students and colleges participating in the robot competition for their encouragement.</p>
<p>
Likewise, under the daily prize scheme, the organiser is offering different packages including paragliding in Kathmandu, rafting in Trishuli, bungee jumping in Pokhara and one-night stay for a couple at KGH Group of Hotels.</p>
<p>
Chaurasiya informed that each day five visitors will get shopping voucher worth Rs 2000 while 60 visitors will get food coupon of Rs 200 and six visitors will get film tickets daily.</p>

During the inauguration, Sudhir Parajuli, chairman of Subisu Cable Net, said that the company has launched set-top box with artificial intelligent (AI) for the customers.</p>

Altogether 175 stalls including hardware, software, laptop, ISP, payment solution, bank, insurance are showcasing their technological devices at the event. The fair will conclude on February 3.</p>

According to the organiser, some lucky visitors of the fair can get free movie tickets and lunch coupon at. The organiser is also awarding cash prize for students and colleges participating in the robot competition for their encouragement.</p>

Likewise, under the daily prize scheme, the organiser is offering different packages including paragliding in Kathmandu, rafting in Trishuli, bungee jumping in Pokhara and one-night stay for a couple at KGH Group of Hotels.</p>
