<p>Stating that the government through the Labour Act had mandated the minimum wages for the labourers in every sector, Bista reaffirmed, "The labourers working in all sectors would receive minimum wages as fixed by the government, including the film industry."</p>
<p>According to him, the labourers working in the multidimensional sector would also be brought under the ambit of social security scheme recently introduced by the government.</p>
<p>He assured that the artistes and technicians working in the entertainment sectors would be ensured social security.</p>

<p>Inaugurating the Annual General Meeting of the Nepal Film Technicians Association on Wednesday (Decemebr 26), Minister Bista said that there was no disparity in the remuneration between men and women in the government service.</p>
<p>Stating that the government through the Labour Act had mandated the minimum wages for the labourers in every sector, Bista reaffirmed, "The labourers working in all sectors would receive minimum wages as fixed by the government, including the film industry."</p>
<p>According to him, the labourers working in the multidimensional sector would also be brought under the ambit of social security scheme recently introduced by the government.</p>
<p>He assured that the artistes and technicians working in the entertainment sectors would be ensured social security.</p>
