<p>However, Minister Yadav said that upgrading the factory depends on leaders and stakeholders, according to a news published by Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS).</p>
<p>The state-owned news agency said that the minister made such remarks during the inauguration of the 33rd anniversary of the factory on Wednesday, December 12.</p>
<p>During the occasion, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Province 3, Shalikram Jammakattel, asserted that no one would be allowed to close the factory under any pretext. <br />
The factory which was reeling under loss for a long time began earning profit since four years back, according to RSS. In the fiscal year 2074/75, the factory made a profit of Rs 235 million, while the profit stood at Rs 220 million the previous year. <br />
General manager of Hetauda Cement Factory, Prem Shankar Singh, shared that the factory expects to make profit more than Rs 350 million in the current fiscal year. </p>
