<p>“The destinations will be developed in collaboration with the local government and the private sector,” he informed New Business Age.</p>
<p>The ministry expects this to contribute to the government’s target of welcoming 2 million tourists in Nepal in 2020. NTB’s Senior General Manager Sunil Sharma said that the new destinations will also support in promoting domestic and international tourism as well.</p>

<p>“The destinations will be developed in collaboration with the local government and the private sector,” he informed New Business Age.</p>
<p>The ministry expects this to contribute to the government’s target of welcoming 2 million tourists in Nepal in 2020. NTB’s Senior General Manager Sunil Sharma said that the new destinations will also support in promoting domestic and international tourism as well.</p>

November 2: With the objective of developing tourism in the country, the Government of Nepal has chosen hundred new destinations in the country for developing them into tourist areas. The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation picked those destinations on the basis of applications and reference from the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), local and provincial governments and the concerned stakeholders.
The government has allocated Rs 5 million for each destination out of the total budget of Rs 500 billion set for the new destinations, informed Ghana Shyam Upadhyay, spokesperson of the ministry.
“The destinations will be developed in collaboration with the local government and the private sector,” he informed New Business Age.
The ministry expects this to contribute to the government’s target of welcoming 2 million tourists in Nepal in 2020. NTB’s Senior General Manager Sunil Sharma said that the new destinations will also support in promoting domestic and international tourism as well.

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation picked those destinations on the basis of applications and reference from the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), local and provincial governments and the concerned stakeholders.</p>
<p>The government has allocated Rs 5 million for each destination out of the total budget of Rs 500 billion set for the new destinations, informed Ghana Shyam Upadhyay, spokesperson of the ministry. </p>
<p>“The destinations will be developed in collaboration with the local government and the private sector,” he informed New Business Age.</p>
<p>The ministry expects this to contribute to the government’s target of welcoming 2 million tourists in Nepal in 2020. NTB’s Senior General Manager Sunil Sharma said that the new destinations will also support in promoting domestic and international tourism as well.</p>

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation picked those destinations on the basis of applications and reference from the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), local and provincial governments and the concerned stakeholders.</p>
<p>The government has allocated Rs 5 million for each destination out of the total budget of Rs 500 billion set for the new destinations, informed Ghana Shyam Upadhyay, spokesperson of the ministry. </p>
