According to Suman Ghimire, chairman of the Regional Association of Hotel Entrepreneurs, Sauraha, there is already a 10 percent increase in hotel bookings so far this year. Almost 65 percent of hotels were booked during the last season while the booking is 50 so far this year, informed Ghimire. Hotel entrepreneurs expect the total bookings to cross 80 percent by the end of this season.

'content' => '<p>October 8: Tourists have started visiting Chitwan with the onset of tourist season. Hotel entrepreneurs are expecting a significant increase in hotel bookings this year as compared to the past years due to the upgradation of Narayangadh-Mugling road section.</p>
<p>The tourism entrepreneurs say that the country no longer faces adverse situations like in the recent past when it was troubled by the devastating earthquake of 2015 and the subsequent economic blockade by the Indian government. </p>
<p>They say that hotel bookings so far is quite encouraging as the country has also witnessed political stability.</p>
<p>According to Suman Ghimire, chairman of the Regional Association of Hotel Entrepreneurs, Sauraha, there is already a 10 percent increase in hotel bookings so far this year. Almost 65 percent of hotels were booked during the last season while the booking is 50 so far this year, informed Ghimire. Hotel entrepreneurs expect the total bookings to cross 80 percent by the end of this season.</p>
