He made such remark during the 52nd Annual General Assembly of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). </p>
<p>"We won't become developed after becoming rich but we will become rich after becoming developed," said Oli.</p>
<p>The target may seem ambitious but we are dedicated for the development, Oli said.</p>
<p>He requested the members of FNCCI for their support in the country's development.</p>
<p>"Previously we were burdened with numerous factors mainly political instability which affected the country's development. But, at present, the scenario has already change and we have drafted our constitution and decentralized the authority to the local levels with durable government policies. Hence each and every individual must cooperate for development," Oli added.</p>
<p>PM Oli also informed that the latest agreements made with India focused on the development of the nation. He mentioned about his plans of utilizing the rivers for connecting with seas to conduct trade.</p>
<p>"Railway expansion is almost sure but increasing import is our major concern," he said. Oli mentioned that FNCCI must focus on productivity and utilize the railways for exporting national products.</p>
<p>He also mentioned that national sovereignty, independence, democracy, political stability and diversity are the five pillars for the development for the country.</p>
