Jhanak Raj Dhungel, CEO of NIC Asia Capital Ltd and Dr Binod Atreya, CEO of Emerging Nepal Limited signed the agreement.</p>
<p>Emerging Nepal Limited is a Public Private Partnership Company with the Nepal Government holding majority of shares. The company has been working towards developing infrastructure through equity participation in all economic sectors.</p>
<p>NIC Asia Capital said it has been supporting the public issue of aspiring companies including BFIs, insurance, hydropower companies, hotel and other sectors.</p>
