Operators were educated and made aware about operating machine safely and trouble-free due to which they can increase the life of machine. In addition to above, they were educated about the care of machine in order to minimize the unforeseen breakdowns arising in future. <br />

Besides that, benefits of using genuine parts against spurious parts were also shared. During the program, operators were facilitated with free health checkup by professional doctors. As per the participants, this was the first time they had attended such program in Pokhara and they were highly benefited from the program and also requested MAW to continue this type of programs in nthe ear future as well. <br />
