Meanwhile, Hotel Associations of Nepal (HAN) has announced to contribute Rs 500,000 for relief to the flood victims. A meeting of HANon August 14 took the decision to this effect and also urged its members to contribute in rescue efforts.

'content' => '<p>August 15: Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has announced to contribute Rs 5 million in first phase as relief for the people displaced by floods and landslides. CNI said it will establish a relief fund and provide food, medicines and other essentials to the government in coordination with the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce.</p>
<p>CNI has also formed a task force under the leadership of its senior vice president Satish Kumar Mor to handle the coordination works effectively and to collect more funds.</p>
