<p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, the meeting unanimously selected Rajendra Giri, Sunil Narayan Shrestha, Narayan Poudel from promoters' shareholders and Chintamani Pandey, Uddav Raj Puri and Kaviraj Poudel from general shareholders as the member of board of directors of the bank. The BOD meeting held after the AGM on Friday selected Rajendra Giri as the Chairman of the BOD. Presently, the bank is providing its services through 38 branches and 17 ATMs to the customers. </p>
