Nonetheless, the meeting failed to derive a conclusion due to the disagreement between the ministers. Dr Ghimire is considered to be close to the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist-Centre).The post of IB Chairman was vacated since December 22 after the end of the tenure of Prof Dr Fatta Bahadur KC. </p>
