The 13<sup>th</sup> annual general meeting of the bank held on December 26 at Pokhara endorsed the proposal of distributing the bonus share to its shareholders.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, the AGM also endorsed the proposal of increasing its issue and paid-up capital along with the proposal of amending its article of association and statute. "The meeting approved the special proposal of maintaining its promoter:general shareholders ratio to 51:49 from 70:30," informed Chabindra Nath Sharma, CEO of the bank.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Presently, Gandaki Bikash Bank is in last phase of merger process with Fewa Bikash Bank which is also headquartered in Pokhara.</p>
