<p style="text-align:justify">Given that, the government has decided to build the fast track on its own resource, it has formed a seven member committee under the conveyor-ship of Dr Min Bahadur Shrestha, Vice-Chairman of National Planning Commission. The committee will study the fast track project and give suggestions regarding modality, source management and other various related matters of the project within one month.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Previously, the proposed fast track contractor Indian company IL&FS was slammed for charging toll tax from motorcycle-riders entering Kathmandu from Nijgadh as well as for demanding grant from the government. </p>
