The AGM scheduled to be held on Trade Tower, Thapathali will endorse the special proposal of distributing 20 per cent bonus share and 1.05 per cent cash dividend for tax purpose.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the board of directors of the company, a proposal suggesting of issuing 1:1.6667 right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after distribution of bonus share will also be submitted to the AGM. Earlier on September 23, the special general meeting of the company proposed of issuing 1:2.20 right shares to its existing shareholders. The shareholders book will be closed from December 28-January 13 for the AGM. </p>
