'content' => '<p>November 3: APi Power Company has signed the Power Purchase Agreement of Upper Naugarh Gad Small Hydropower Project with Nepal Electricity Authority on October 28. The project is based in Darchula.</p>
<p>Issuing a press statement, the company informed that the company has already constructed 8.5 MW Hydropower Project in the same river last year. The company had constructed the project in 17 months.</p>
<p>According to the statement, the company is planning to construct the new project of 8 MW within next 15-17 months. The company expects that the power generated from the project will be connected to the NEA Balanch Substation at 132 KV side which is only 7 Km away from the company's proposed powerhouse. Moreover, the company assured that the return to the shareholders will increase in future as it is also developing other projects including numerous solar projects. </p>
