In the investment year, at least five projects including big and small projects worth Rs 6 million will be operated. The projects mainly include gas plant, Herbs Purifying Centre, Meat Purifying Centre, Chaukune Cement, Cold Store and Paragliding zone. “The investment year has been started with an objective of making investment activities more aggressive and creates more jobs in the district,” says Prakash Adhikari, President of (SCCI). He further said that the organisation will initiate on identifying more investment areas and also solve the challenges of existing industries and help them run smoothly. </p>

Adhikari said that a model project will be taken forward by working together with local people, private bodies and cooperative sectors. According to him, around three thousand will be benefitted with direct employment by the end of this year. “We also have target to bring more than 100,000 tourists this year. Especially industrial sector, entrepreneurship, tourism and mines sector will get a lot of benefit during the year,” he said. </p>

“All the sectors have equal role and they need to work in a collaborative way to make the investment year successful,” said Chandiraj Dhakal, Former-President of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). The investment related activities will be operated in Surkhet by Public Private Cooperative Consultation Forum on the proposal of Surkhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). </p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><br />
In the investment year, at least five projects including big and small projects worth Rs 6 million will be operated. The projects mainly include gas plant, Herbs Purifying Centre, Meat Purifying Centre, Chaukune Cement, Cold Store and Paragliding zone. “The investment year has been started with an objective of making investment activities more aggressive and creates more jobs in the district,” says Prakash Adhikari, President of (SCCI). He further said that the organisation will initiate on identifying more investment areas and also solve the challenges of existing industries and help them run smoothly. </p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><br />
Adhikari said that a model project will be taken forward by working together with local people, private bodies and cooperative sectors. According to him, around three thousand will be benefitted with direct employment by the end of this year. “We also have target to bring more than 100,000 tourists this year. Especially industrial sector, entrepreneurship, tourism and mines sector will get a lot of benefit during the year,” he said. </p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><br />
“All the sectors have equal role and they need to work in a collaborative way to make the investment year successful,” said Chandiraj Dhakal, Former-President of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). He further said that FNCCI is always ready to do the necessary in order to bring external investment in the district. </p>
