According to them, government should act rapidly to make business friendly policies, laws, rules and regulation as well as to ensure their stability. Young entrepreneurs participating in the panel discussion of ‘3<sup>rd</sup> NBA Conclave and Awards’ organized by New Business Age (NBA) pointed out those issues. The panel discussion was hosted by Madan Lamsal, Chairman of NBA. Participants also concluded that despite the country has seen many political changes till date; Nepali economy has been backwards as policies for economic development has not been taken seriously.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">“It’s the duty of government to create employment, develop productive sector for promotion of export and create the balance in trade deficit,” said Sekhar Golchha, Vice-President of FNCCI and Executive Director of Golchha Organization. It is depressing that the government or the authority is unaffected though the country is running on remittance, according to Golchha. If the mindset and performance of the government is not improved immediately, the future is highly insecure, added Golchha. “To gain the high growth rate in the economy, development of entrepreneurship and investment of private sectors is inevitable,” said Bishnu Kumar Agrawal, Vice-President of CNI and General Manager of BMW enterprises. </p>
