The announcement was made amid the Annual General Meeting held on August 15. The meeting also endorsed BOD report, auditor’s reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account of the FY 2072/73. Similarly, the meeting also appointed CA Sujan Kafle and Associates as auditors for FY 2073/74.</p>
