<p>The contractors also demanded the implementation of Prime Minister’s earlier commitment of extending the deadline of the projects that were disrupted due to the last year's devastating earthquake, Indian border blockade and Tarai stir by one year. As per the FCAN's statement, due to cease in the deadline contractors are facing difficulties, as the public bodies have started to cease the bid bonds, black-listing and levying charges against the builders. FCAN also threatened to start agitation if PM's commitment is not implemented. </p>
