The company has been providing non-life insurance services concluded the meeting on June 16. The AGM held in Birgunj approved the annual report presented by company’s Chairman Birendra Kumar Sanghai. As per the company, it earned premium of Rs 780 million during the fiscal year 2071/72."It has increased by 33 percent compared previous FY," says Sanghai.</p>
<p>After the issuance of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the insurance will be Rs 350 million. The AGM unanimously elected Birendra Kumar Sanghai, Shrawan Kumar Agrawal, Bishal Agrawal and Amit Agrawal as directors from the promoter shareholders of the company. The board meeting held on same day re-elected Birendra Kumar Sanghai as the Chairman of the company.</p>
