<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, NFIA informed about the promotional material ‘<em>Kukhura Khaon, Anda Khaon</em>’ and ‘<em>Sabaile Khaon, Sadhai Khaon’ </em>that it has planned to advertise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the association’s data, around 500,000 people are directly or indirectly engaged in the poultry business. Currently, there are over 95 grain industries in Nepal out of which 22 produce pellet grains while other seven are preparing to start production. According to Narayan Hari Khatri, Chairman of NFIA, all industries are averagely producing 1,800 tons of grains daily. He informed that the domestic poultry business produces products worth Rs 75 billion annually. The industry’s investment totals Rs 65 billion and contributes 3.5 percent of the country’s GDP.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">During the program, NFIA officials stress on the need of further development of the domestic poultry industry as it could make a positive contribution towards the country’s economy, public health and employment generation. Speakers informed about the benefits of consuming broiler chicken meat in the program.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, NFIA informed about the promotional material ‘<em>Kukhura Khaon, Anda Khaon</em>’ and ‘<em>Sabaile Khaon, Sadhai Khaon’ </em>that it has planned to advertise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the association’s data, around 500,000 people are directly or indirectly engaged in the poultry business. Currently, there are over 95 grain industries in Nepal out of which 22 produce pellet grains while other seven are preparing to start production. According to Narayan Hari Khatri, Chairman of NFIA, all industries are averagely producing 1,800 tons of grains daily. He informed that the domestic poultry business produces products worth Rs 75 billion annually. The industry’s investment totals Rs 65 billion and contributes 3.5 percent of the country’s GDP.</p>
