<p style="text-align: justify;">Similarly, the AGM has endorsed the balance sheet and income and expenditure report of the fiscal year 2071/2072. Likewise, the AGM has unanimously elected Kumar Kesar Bista in the board of director (BOD) from the general shareholders. The company has earned insurance premium of Rs 1.81 billion in the FY 2071/72. During the period, the company has issued 49,000 new insurance policies. The company had total number of 515,000 insurance policies and fund of Rs 20.25 billion in total life insurance fund till the end of the FY.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The company informs that there has been the growth of 30.59 percent in total life insurance fund, 41.67 percent in first insurance policy income and 63.10 percent in the issue of insurance policies in the FY 2071/2072.</p>
