Khaptad also has cultural heritages like Nagdhunga, Triveni dham, Sharsha linga, Kedar dhunga and Khapar daha. However, thousands of domestic and international tourists reach to celebrate Ganga Dasahara in Jestha. <p style="text-align: justify;">According to Joshi, hotels, lodges, shelters, toilets, drinking water, foods, garbage management and internet facilities are going to be developed as the area hosts the foreign tourists, investigators and religious and spiritual individuals. Ministry of Tourism has allocated Rs 214 million in the development of Khaptad area in the current fiscal year. According to Khaptad National Park, the national park will also invest all the revenues collected from different sources for the development of Khaptad area.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The number of tourists has not been significant due to the lack of proper infrastructure,although, the area is blessed with natural beauty. Khaptad also has cultural heritages like Nagdhunga, Triveni dham, Sharsha linga, Kedar dhunga and Khapar daha. However, thousands of domestic and international tourists reach to celebrate Ganga Dasahara in Jestha. Due to the lack of proper infrastructure, the tourists arriving in the festival are forced to stay under the open sky.</p>
