Receiving a joint memorandum submitted by the Nepal Tarun Dal, Nepal Students Union and Nepal Women's Association at the PM Residence in Baluwatar on Saturday, he said that the concern regulatory bodies have been instructed to make arrangements for the smooth supply of essentials as fuel and cooking gas. <br />

"The government has prioritised the task of supplying essential goods and services and it would not be tolerable to the government if there is obstruction in the supply of essential services and goods even when there is no economic blockade," the PM stated. <br />

Stating that the rumour that the Government changed the laws to protect the smugglers was wrong, PM Oli said that the Government would consult Nepali Congress while changing any laws or issuing ordinances, said Chetan Adhikari, Prime Minister's Press Coordinator.<br />

Prime Minister Oli also said that the government would not escape from its responsibility of carrying out the reconstruction work through it was challenging, adding that the government was making efforts to construct safe shelters for the earthquake survivors well before the start of the rainy season.
