<p>Nilesman Singh Pradhan, CEO of Nepal Clearing House and Pradip Kumar Shrestha, CEO of Tinau Development Bank signed on the agreement paper. "Customers of Banks and other financial institutions under NHCL-IPS system can receive and make payment among them, which includes the payment of dividend, IPO refund, bill, pension, remittance, premium and social security allowance," inform two institutions, issuing a joint statement.
