'content' => '<p>November 22: The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (MOSTE) has urged one and all to attend the grand cycle rally to promote environment-friendly transport use and explore alternative transport solution to deepening energy crisis.</p>
<p>At a discussion organized by the Ministry among the representatives of concerned government agencies and environment campaigners, the Ministry called on the general public to attend the rally to impart a message to use environment-friendly means of transport in the tough time of energy crisis.</p>
<p>The rally will take place at 7.30 am on November 25.</p>
<p>The Ministry in a press release issued today has appealed to the citizens to use the vehicles which can be operated with the use of renewable and alternative energy.</p>
<p>The rally will start from Jawalakhel Chowk of Lalitpur and march through Thapathali, Tripureswor, Ratna Park, Jamal, Narayanhiti, Kamalpokhari, Putalisadak, Padmodayamod, Bhadrakali and Maitighar before it converged into a corner meet at Babarmahal.</p>
<p>The Ministry has urged participation from the government agencies, Nepal Police, organizations working in environment sector, environment activists and general public int he rally to be led by Environment Ministry. RSS</p>
