<p>The Home Ministry has also requested the Tihar and Chhath celebrators not to produce, import, export, sell and distribute, transport and use fireworks like fire-crackers etc, as the use of these explosive materials will have adverse effect on the health of the people, result in injuries and damage of life and property due to break out of fire.</p>
<p>The Ministry also urged the parents not to allow their children use fireworks.</p>
<p>It said anyone disobeying this order would be liable for action as per the existing laws. RSS</p>
