<p>The Nepal Poultry Entrepreneurs' Forum chair Shankar Prasad Kandel feared that over 60 billion rupees invested in the sector may face risk if the situation worsened.</p>
<p>The hatchery entrepreneurs were found compelled to bury their chicken as the farmers stopped buying grown up chicken from the hatchery these days.</p>
<p>On the other hand, hatchery entrepreneurs were facing difficulty reaching the eggs and chickens to the traders and consumers due to lack of transport as a result of the fuel shortage, said Hatchery Industry Association Chitwan chair Rishi Poudel.</p>
<p>He shared that they were compelled to bury about 2.2 million chicken on Sunday itself across the country.</p>
<p>The loss is worth 120.1 million rupees. RSS</p>
