He made such a suggestion to Nepal’s envoy to Qatar through a telephone conversation. Ambassador Sharma had been drawn into controversy following her statement in an interview calling Qatar an ‘open jail’.</p>

Visiting Minister of State Council Information Office of China, Cai Mingzhao called on President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav at the latter’s official residence Shital Niwas last Friday. On the occasion, matters relating to Nepal-China relations and of mutual interest were discussed, according to the Office of the President.Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Wu Chuntai, senior officials of the Office of the President and Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present in the meeting. Minister Cai arrived in Nepal last Thursday leading a six-member delegation in his four-day official visit to Nepal.</p>',
