The apex court has also asked why Mayor Shah should not be punished as per the demand of the petitioner. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The case on contempt of court was filed over the statements made by Mayor Shah on a writ petition lodged against the move of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City to demolish the infrastructure of Norvic Hospital allegedly built by encroaching upon the public land. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Advocate Dipak Raj Joshi filed the petition at the SC against Mayor Shah on the contempt of court.-- RSS </span></span></span></p>
